kahawai put your fingers thru the gills side to side rip the skin and the gills out then fold its head all the way back do this as soon as it comes out the water - you should get pure white meat - hang the fish in the water with a rope thru its mouth also if you scale it while its in the drink no mess no slime no smell when you get home

@@khg8519 nothing beats it when it comes to flexibility. You can take it with you anywhere without a trailer which means you don't need that much parking space either.
However, you wouldn't go out on it if the conditions are not great. But I'm loving it. 👍
