To those making excuses for these girls, 2 years hiatus and solo "modeling" for brands.. remember that SNSD came back after a 5 years hiatus with all the members doing their individual activities from acting, musicals, varities, endorsements, solos, hosting/dj and etc yet when they came back and perform a mini concert, they gave their 100%. This comparison just shows how SNSD does not rely on popularity alone. They work hard for it. They gave their all for their fans. They are senior and the most respected kpop group yet they still showed professionalism. This is like the most popular vs the best in Kpop. Even 2ne1's reunion is far far FAR better than this and to think they have disbanded for a while now.
Its never easy to begin with for Girls' Generation. They work their ass off for what they get now. Work hard never betray!! Their dedication & passion are unrivaled! What important is SNSD love S♡NE & GIRLS' GENERATION so much💜 Fans & group always come first before anything, no one love soshi more than themselves! They would do anything to preserve name of snsd. S♡NEs are the reason soshi always do their best in everything they done! Bcoz soshi love their fans so much! Be it singing, dancing they always seek for improvement! Being junior or senior snsd is still the same hardworking & humble gurls they use to be! They can practice during make up, while eating, short break, in car, etc.. no excuses! Perhaps this tour is too rushing for blackpink gurls so thats why. Hope bp will do better in the future! Lisa girl you did well💪🥰 keep it up! Jisoo❤
@@Zero-bp6lh of all BP members, I believe Lisa still the same when performing during debut and currently but right now this group is a mess. I really feel bad for Rosie..she's genuinely like the one who really values music. In this case, they can disband and focus more on their individual strength. Them as a group is not it.
I love BP so much and its sad to see this. They should have atleast give more time in preparing this. Lisa is so consistent since day 1, kudos to her. SNSD supposed to make a comeback in their 14th anniversary but they think they lack time and preparation and they don't want their comeback to look rush. That's why they decided to move it to 2022. Even during their preparation, 4 of their members are busy with their drama schedules and the rest have their individual activities but they still made a good job as a group. Just seeing how Yuri was so serious during their practice made me realize how much dedication she have to give the best performance for the fans. Even their fanmeeting looks like a concert.
@@nathanielrufino8508 lmao gurl blackpink literally lip-synced the whole concert, maybe not Lisa solo tho. While Jennie and Jisoo proving they're the untalented and lazy girls
To me this looks like a group that’s not “hungry”. BP basically became the #1 girl group immediately after debut and they’ve never really seemed to have the fire to prove themselves like a lot of other groups. I think that is showing more and more in their performances. Hopefully they are able to turn things around for the remainder of the tour though.
It more so they dont have to prove anything since their popular while i can name millions of groups who have that hunger and drive because they have to prove themselves and are overwork and so much more .
Yep, hungry as you said. I've been watching videos of their concerts and the parts when they interact with the crowd it seems more like them taking a break and wanting the concert to be over soon
Ikr! Just imagine the pain of all those grps who I can BET that they must be going through more pain and practicing 10x harder than Blackpink! People start taking things for granted when they're provided with so much independence

i think it’s time for us to accept the hard truth: BLACKPINK is and always has been MID. they’ve sure got charisma and talent, but the songs, lyrics, performances and ESPECIALLY artistry are really underwhelming. their whole career is built on mainstream success instead of true love for the craft. it’s honestly frustrating.

@@skykaneshiro5984 the fact that they're a 7 yr old group nearly 8 and mess up this badly? im sorry they're the biggest in the whole world and when ppl say it, it just looks like an absolute joke.
It seems like they’re very used to prerecorded performances and photoshoots. everything has to preplanned and they could make mistakes that will be resolved. but in live performances on tours EVERYTHING is up to them. THEY have to be synchronized, sing live and ensure that the fans are having a good time. Team work is the most important step of being in an idol group. They clearly don’t have that
They are used to photo shoots, in the years they didn't have a comeback they did photo shoots, Jisoo acted, Lisa pulled out her solo, Jennie was doing photo shoots and Rosé alike, the return they had also many photo shoots. Yg accustomed them to that instead of giving them a comeback and preparing them even more to be more complete.
They have team work, if they wouldn't have it then the concerts would have been a total mess, BP can pull it off with the crappy production YG gave them, they're doing for the fans.
This era as a whole was rushed unnecessarily. Like there should be no reason why they are on tour right now. In a normal era, a tour should come after about 4 or 5 months of the album dropped(that is is too soon). What they are doing right now is basically getting it over as early as possible so they can collect their money, close the era and then go back to hiatus for 2 yrs again.
Could be. I've read the preparation for this tour was 6 months. But it could also have been less than 3 months. The time they had for building this whole thing, including choreo, performances, stage setup, positions etc. Since YG backup dancers presumably only started rehearsing 3 months prior for some of the (live stage performances of the) songs. They're busy doing their brand ambassador thing. That's bringing the money in. The tour may be a contract obligation that goes with the album yes. The rush maybe due to the easing of Covid. But then again. It's way overdue since an 2,5 year hiatus (due to covid) is quite long. They're also getting older. The future of BP is unknown. But it wouldn't make sense to drop the group or them dropping their label now Covid is laying down and everything starts returning to normal again. Also considering the current hype and the massive promo that's been put in. Should also be a good springboard for kickstarting their solo careers globally. They've been with YG and now TBL forever. Being loyal means a lot. Unless something weird happens. I don't think the girls are done yet. More things to come for sure. But whether it's next year or the year after nobody knows. We'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime they're still scheduled for Asia and some big festivals. Why stop when it's hot?
I think it is company looking at the calender... Like YG has this typ of way doing things like they look what goes around: who will have comeback, who will go on tour, how many debutes is, what plans another groups have, how close it is from award shows, etc. I think company likes to fit their bands it wired slots... That is why this tour come so fast after album also why comeback was were it was... But problem here is that they don't delivere what everyone hoped for, so maybe company wanted to much. Bc like if you go on tour you have to practice, and in practice you see if they do good so they hot green light from company and then they do this it is hard to believe... Normaly band take months to learn and be ready, so when they were recording album BP should practice for tour too but its looks like that didn't happened.
''everyone makes mistake'' they went on hiatus for almost 3 years, they had all this time, and we all thought that they would be preparing something big, they should've practised really hard if they're going to do a world tour after so long

blackpink has never experienced "hunger" so to say. they've never had to really compete with other groups. from the moment their group was announced they were already a power player in the kpop scene. they were never disadvantaged. except for lisa imo. lisa came from a different country and had to face the very real fact that she could have not made the group (as a non-korean in kpop). i think that kind of explains why most of the girls are bored with their jobs and find more enjoyment pursing other avenues. its been years of success and fame and money, there was no "bottom" for them.
Luckily, now they will because of new super rookies who have debuted (new jeans, ive, lessarefilm...) the 4 gens groups are setting the bar even higher with new sound, choreography and style The competition is getting even harder
Uh yes BP had to complete with many group especially since they debuted 2016 when K-pop was starting to get big even if they didn’t you don’t have to experience anything in order to be good,
@@pumpum5862 not really, they were already huge predebut. Jennie was a monster rookie that people were waiting for to debut especially with her work with GD giving the public a taste. Lisa had attention from being the first non Korean in the company. Rosé had attention from her feature with GD pre debut. Jisoo was the only one that didn't seem like she had a huge following predebut. They debuted successful. Pretty group, catchy song, from YG.
Their concert genuinely feels like that one group project that everyone had as their lowest priority because it wasn’t worth a big percentage of their grade. I feel like their so focused on brand deals and influencer things that they didn’t put in the practice and it shows more than they expected it to. I’m not a blink but I do listen to their music casually. I feel bad that their performances are getting picked apart like this, but I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen concerts with so many mistakes. There are idol mistake compilation videos with less mistakes than I’ve seen in their tour so far.
blackpink deliberately made a mess during their concerts so that haters and critics have a job to increase views on their youtube channel, haters and critics also need to eat them humans, right?
My friend went to see them in Texas and said it was literally total about an hour and a half concert and 30 minutes of it was intermissions so basically one hour of blackpink was it 💀
To be honest no i don't think everything is prepared the stage decorations wasn't that much, the outfits are either average or good but not amazing like previous tour and the songs choices? They left a lot of great ballad songs where they could just sit and sang instead of doing new dance break and mess it up 💀💀
it's always the knee injury of jennie for me. fans wud always say it's her injury when people comment on her lack of energy on stage. jennie walks on high heels in paris without being lethargic. lol. Rosé vocal will always save them. Lisa has always been consistent. U can genuinely see that she loves performing. I think Jisoo shud switch to being an actress. I love her in snow drop.
Agree with what you said. Jennie's solo in the concert was the most boring thing I've ever watch irl. Wish I could get a refund. She seemed to have lost interest in the music industry. They better all split for the better because at this point, it looks like they're dragging on as a group.
I can't see energy anywhere flowing in Jennie's performance , thought she is a great idol and her ankle injury must hurt while dancing at that time , but somewhere we can see she is so done with her idol life and all that hate, and now more interested in luxury brands and western
The rookie group comparisons are always so funny to me, cause I’ve never seen a rookie group perform like this. Live singing may not be the best but that choreo is always on point. Black pink have a special sort of privilege
I can name at least three rookies group that have better vocal and breath control than them. I'm actually ok with idols lipsynching but at least give a polish performance. Not even about dancing powerfully but just a satisfying stage. The two hours of concert is not an excuse, they are not the first group to do so yet we saw so many idols giving their all in every songs they performed even in two or three hour longed concert.
Exactly, every time she mentioned rookies, I kept thinking of the NewJeans girlies. Those babies are killing it, they’ve caught everyone’s attention with their choreo, their vocals and they’re literally BABIES. These women here are grown, have years of professional experience behind them, have the tag of being the “ greatest gg “ but maybe that’s the problem. They already have the tag, so why bother…sad.
As a blink i truly wished fans would tell blackpink off moree for there behavior on stage. 6 years of debut but they act worst than rookies who just came out.
Exactly my point!! Being a blink who stanned them ever since thier debut - i am embarrassed to say that i am another fool to spend money to attend this bs tour. Remember the top gg BP who were known to be great performers? That Coachella performance? Yo, we want a CB of that BP.
I feel like since Blinks have been deprived of a comeback for soooo long (some) Blinks just accept what they can get, even if it's bad, and other kpop stans don't understand why they accept this...
You know what is even more sad? It’s insulting their own staff, cameramen, etc who are working hard to showcase them in the best light while the group themselves isn’t serious about it.
How is that more sad than the fans paying top dollar to watch their idols not seeming to care that much about their experience? As stated, staff is getting paid, fans not only pay, but support them through thick and thin. The least they deserve in return is a performance that doesn't seem like a chore to the idols.
I think the biggest problem in their inconsistency and deterioration is their loose schedule. Other groups practice constantly, either a new song (songs) or old ones, but they are constantly in the studio, while BP is honestly more in Paris. BP having 1 song every 1,5-2 years makes them lose technique and skill and they forget the old dances, so when they were practicing for this concert(s) they were pretty much learning the dances from scratch 🤷♀️
Idk of not performing together for w while is a reason. GG went 5 years without performing togeter or at all for some of the members and then they performed like 10/10. I think it might be lack of rehersals. It makes no sense
@@milacruz3970 Yeah true, even 2NE1. It could be group chemistry as well. People don’t realise how important group chemistry is, and I think blackpink heavily lacks that. Not saying they’re not friends or anything, but something is definitely missing.
they don't have enough music to forget it so easily.. other groups have far larger discographies and much more variation, but still practice hard before a concert to be able to bring older songs back and do them justice in front of a paying audience. blackpink would do the same songs over and over and over, you'd think they'd get it down eventually. and then practicing before the show for months (supposedly), it wouldn't be that crazy in comparison to the lengths other idols have to go to, right? their choreos are very simple, it's ridiculous, like really embarrassing.. their company is just getting a last grab at cash before someone doesn't want to renew their contract next year, it's just too obvious.
Yes, most of their fans are defending them.( For example, the girls need a lot of physical strength to hold a concert and they are tired. The concert focuses on the atmosphere rather than dance and performance. They are nervous about the concert because they have no stage for two years. Those who didn't pay for tickets are not qualified to criticize the.If you want to see the perfect show, please go to the music bank) Almost no fans circitize them for their attitude.
For what? Im so confused ive seen everything from there over a dozen concerts right now and its insane. The crowds are so fcking loud. The performances are on point and the interaction on stage is so fun to see.
You know what’s the worst part about this? They are actively trampling over the dreams of the dozens, probably HUNDREDS of other trainees that didn’t make it into the group. The level of entitlement and ungratefulness is literally nauseating to watch.
This argument is weird lol they don’t owe those trainees anything. There are plenty of actual issues with bp to talk about and this is not one. Its like calling a student in college entitled for doing badly because so many other people wanted to go to that school
@@mcsaism they don’t owe them anything sure but I think op meant the industry in general and how lives are literally ruined and gone to waste when trainees don’t debut or debut and aren’t successful with the amount effort they put in. Plus by their beauty standard we SEA asians are ugly as f, they either want full exotic dark skinned people, white people, or east asian looking asians. Not us, who look mixed from both east and south asians features. Lisa used to look like average SEA asians before her plastic surgeries, you can go here and find people who look like her anytime. i still remember what JYP said "the true quality of a star is how long can you maintain your rookie attitude" and i totally agree 100% seeing how blackpink is now as compared to how twice is currently. I used to be a blink, but twice snatched my heart last year. Blackpink really is regressing, they do the barest of minimums as to connection with fans, doing content, making music and giving their all their performance because they know they know theyre famous already regardless if they do these half-baked performances. Twice on the other hand, started strong and yet still keeps getting better as the years go by, even if twice are crazy famous already and has an amazing 7 year run (which is still ongoing cos they just renewed) they give back twice the love through their music, communication with onces, badass performances. They even go the extra length in promotions and doing content, theyve definitely kept the rookie attitude and passion for their jobs and for their fans and for each other, great team and it shows.
exactly. What JYO said is so damn true. ANd that is why BTS decided to take a break instead of lying to their fans. In a recent interveiw with Pharell Williams for their collab, RM said that he felt like a diplomat more than a rapper after 2021. SO they took a step back, started releasing solo music. Result is that their BUSAn free concert blew the stadium away. 0 flaws and full of hunger.
Ahhhhh this is so truuueeee. My boyfriend used to tease me of being a blink before (2018) but now my Spotify is full of Twice's songs. I've become a fan since 2020. What made me like them is because I have never seen Twice doing their bare minimum on their concerts. 🤍
I feel like Lisa and Jennie could've done a lot better as soloists. Rosé could too with a bit more stage presence practice. Jisoo would honestly need more practice. Wayy more. People say she would fit in red velvet but 💀even their choreographies are too much for her standard. She'd do amazingly as an actress! She has passion for it too! She's a person YG picked without analyzing talents. He did it just for the visuals.
Lisa has to dumb herself down on stage in order to not outperform the other girls, and that is so sad given how hard she has worked and how much she sacrificed.
And she is a mentor we know how lisa becomes angry when the trainees didn't give full energy and enthusiasm and she hates being un synchronised I feel her she must have felt so bad 😔

She complained about it publicly in the most subtle way possible and if they really cared for her hard work and had some respect for her and their fans they'd listen to that interview and take it to heart. it’s so obvious they don’t want to be a group anymore. they all performed amazingly in their solo stages, but danced like four soloists in group songs, even down to the outfits. i think lisa is the only one who wants to continue in the group
Yea because she is focusing on dancing even though her dancing is not that energetic and people enjoying dancing but she sound so horrible in live and they put lots of background music others members are also using background music but they sound good at least and the concert is not all about dancing it's about live singing or rapping too
@@madina3921 o why should I found the reason to hate her I just said the truth you guys are just too toxic or obsessed that you can't accept the truth.
I went to the second concert in Houston and paid floor tickets. All I remember was thinking that Lisa was the only member who seemed happy to be there and had me be excited (my 3rd bias). If they all went solo, I’d only pay to see Lisa.
Lisa probably carried the entire performance imo like she didn't get better but she did well she was the only one who actually TOOK IT SERIOUSLY and acknowledged the fact people payed alot to see them
I also think a main factor for their regression is their lack of involvement in the artistic process of making their songs. Because of this they don't have any emotional connection to their songs and hence the lackluster performances. Take bts or twice as example. They make their art and have an emotional connection to the words they sing and the beats they dance to, that's why they seem so lively on stage. They never take any stage or fan for granted and perform their art with passion because seeing a big audience appreciating what they crafted makes them feel grateful.
Good point! Also, the after-effects of the Burning Sun-scandal must have been rough for not just the artists but everyone else employed by YG. I would imagine there would've been a lot of stress, confusion and dampening of company spirit during this time. Maybe they're still struggling a bit to figure out which leg to land on...
So true many of the girl groups don't even know how to compose simple beats compared to the male groups. I think it's the men that are in charge, they just want them to be a pretty face.
YG should soon disband them after bm's debut they are being trash. Literally they not a k-pop group anymore and doing everything apart from being idols , 4 models traveling to Paris every month, attending fashion shows , being on magzine covers.
I know I might get hate for this but I'm going to say it. What has really helped, is helping and saving blackpink is their company and their fandom. Objectively speaking, if blackpink had debuted from a less known company and had average sized fandom, with all the songs they've been releasing and all the hiatus they've been taking, they wouldn't be as big as they are right now. In fact, if they HAD debuted from a lesser known company and had an average sized fandom, they would be working much much harder than they're doing right now. Not just that, i say this and i say this with confidence, there are other girlgroups that are objectively better than blackpink, but I'm not going to go into too much detail about that. I mean give me a breakkkk, this????? This is kpop's IT girl group?????? What's the excuse blinks are gonna come up with this time?????? They've been trainees for yearsssss, and a girl group for SIX years nowwww, people literally paid tons of money to go to their concert and this is the best they could do??? Come on, this is LITERALLY their job and I'm sick and tired of (some) blinks trying to cover blackpink's asses when they go after other groups for doing less than this.
I remember the summer when Blackpink debuted. I remember being so mesmerized by them, their visuals, STAGE PRESENCE and they were literally what K-pop needed at the time. Over the years, it seems like they regressed, instead of improving and becoming better. I don’t know. Are they tired? I mean, judging by all they went through (a ridiculous amount of hate), it’s not surprising. But at the same time, they come back once a year, time in which they have enough time to practice and take a break from the media, but they still come back low battery. Did the girls become bored? Is it YG’s fault? All I wish is to be able to see again a 2016 live performance.
I really liked them from debut too. But it'd be pretty likely and understandable if they've lost their interest in music after the way YG has managed them. Getting a comeback every two years? Getting more activity as models and brand ambassadors than artists (which is their job)? I wouldn't be surprised if YG came to them like two weeks before the tour and was like "oh yeah btw ur going on tour, we need the money. hope you remember the moves" and sent them on their merry way lol
@@mckdemps12 So damn true. Honestly the modeling thing was a very smart move. At some point it’ll be inevitable that they will disband. Pursuing a modeling career will ensure them a long-term success in the industry.

One of the points you made in a previous video really rang true to me. They do have the best job in the world, I mean they get paid millions to release a single or FOUR songs, and then go back to vacation or making brand deals. I say this as a blink, but I don't think I have seen a kpop group THIS disjointed in a very long time. (That being said, I'm not really into 4th gen rn, so I don't know). I am so glad I decided to not go to a concert on their tour.
You clearly have NO clue what you’re talking about lol they don’t make millions off of any of their music. K-pop companies are notorious for exploiting their idols with slave contracts that make them not even make a single cent until after like 3-4 years after their debut. They’re on a world tour… traveling from city to state to country puts so much strain onto your body and your health that half the time they don’t even know which way is up and it is hell on their bodies… and that’s not adding the physical strain from rehearsing full concerts the day of the shows then doing sound checks and then full concerts with only 4 members in this group. When they’re not touring.. they’re extremely overworked and constantly traveling and working on projects behind the scenes while keeping up with their singin, dancing and rapping. They had not performed together as a group in over two years…there’s so many technical aspects to concerts that you can’t even imagine how difficult what they’re doing is. They’re forced to release music they don’t enjoy or get to have any day in, forced to do dances without getting to have a day in that either… concerts generally take 8 months to a year to prepare for… but bc yge uses blackpink for money… they recorded their album , filmed their music videos, performances and prepared for a world tour in THREE MONTHS… there has been new choreo to songs that they have done for years.. dancing is s muscle memory and so switch it up like this after all that time can be extremely confusing for performers and takes a bit to adjust. No matter how hard you weight train or work on cardio ti build stamina… it is physically impossible to prepare for a tour and be perfect from the jump. Each show gets better and better and the charisma and stage presence they have is extraordinary…. But instead of listening to people who have actually been to these concerts and are raving about how amazing that they were and how confused they are about all the ignorant hate and bs about them being lazy… especially Jennie.. who has constantly been trending bc ppl are enjoying how passionate and how huge her presence is on stage lol instead of focusing on the less than a minutes worth of mistakes or errors … why don’t you focus on the over hour and a half performances of the entire concerts lol nothing is ever going to be perfect.. they’re human and making mistakes happen… but they continue on and enjoy themselves even when they mess up… bc that’s human. Staying out there with smiles in their faces is professional and they’re doing the best they can with the shit job that their company has given them to prepare. Instead of bashing the overworked, over stressed and over hated girls who have no control over any of this.. complain to the company that treats them with no respect and uses them as money making Influencers … even though they’ve been their biggest group ever and deserve more time to prep and be allowed to make music they want to … bc when they do you can tell. These poor girls are overworked.. they don’t just go on vacation and hangout when they’re not touring. Normal tours for groups are like 4/5 months… but last time they toured for NINE MONTHS straight all over the world . Jennie had NINE separate ankle injuries over two years and never was there a cancelled performance or appearance… so you have their out there in a sprained ankle… hopped up on pain killers that make you lethargic just so she can perform… instead of allowing her the time off to heal properly… they kept them going… and I would love to see any of you dancing, singing , rapping and performing with full energy and smiles in your faces in that kind of pain and injury. These girls are stalked and hounded and cannot breathe without everyone in the world talking about it and trashing them with bold faces lies… bc you idiots think you somehow know everything about what they’re doing. You have no clue how overworked that they are and always have been. Get off the hate train.. grow up and learn what really goes in behind the scenes and how unfortunate of a position that they are in … for so many reasons. They have no control over their lives or careers… they’re not the problem… yg and this fandom are… I’m embarrassed to be a part of such a hateful and disrespectful fandom. It’s disgusting and pathetic .
@@bequinhaize A fan can have a opinon, this is actually better than someone always ignoring the slacking in their fav kpop group. They could be singing off key for example for every performance and some stans will ignore it. You can like a group and still provide critical opinions.
@@bequinhaize i think it's insane to me that as a fan you have to blindly support your idols despite mediocrity. if you're a fan, i think it's pretty logical you would want them to improve and give their best especially after paying them a lot of money to see them. we're also talking about a group who performs less than many other idols. at this rate they have no excuse. please be more critical and stop coddling people who get millions out of this job that is exactly easier than others.
I saw a comment about "not being exceptionally talented". I think their rise to fame had to do with marketing, their visuals, luck and engagement with international audiences (fluency in English, in Lisa's case -her native Thai, etc). As rookies, they worked hard but with fame, they became complacent. To stay in the music industry past your prime involves talent, passion, hard work, ability to create your own music. If they don't want to pursue this route, they're rich enough to start another career.
Im already seeing people deny everything you said in this video, I’m not surprised anymore. In kpop, fans don’t like to hear the truth and will never admit when their favs are putting on messy performances/ concerts. Also the only thing this tour has done is make the girls look unprepared and look like they care more about being ig models/influencers than their actual “job/career”. YG should’ve wait at least a few more months to make the girls be more prepared for the concerts, even the backup dancers look more organized and prepared than the actual performers.
It's not denying the truth as much as being awestruck at some of these comments. Most ppl here don't really want to critique. Its not like everything they do is perfect . Very few comments here are realllllllyyyyyyy positive criticism. .
To this Blink, it's no big deal that a few mistakes happened. I expect mistakes to happen when I see them in Newark on the 14th. I'm still going to have a great time. Judging from the reaction of the crowds in Dallas and Houston, the mistakes didn't seem to have a negative effect. Looked like everyone was enjoying themselves to the very end.
bro i feel horrible for the people who paid for this. like imagine saving up to see your favorite group get permission from your parents to go with your friends and have fun just to see your favs giving less than half their energy the whole night. if that happened to me when i went to the Twice consert in houston i would have cried on the way home
@@thrillho1905 i dont think that's the case but let's say this is true then why other girl groups giving us the best concerts 🤡 They lost their love for music and they want to do modeling and stuff and that's totally okay. I mean how you lost your most listened songs choreography? Straight up bullshit.
bruh, save all that money and watched the free BTS concert. Was and hour longer and expensive than the BP concert too. Only mistake was that cameraman fell on the stage with his gimble. No lipsyncing, bros performed like they got some shit to prove
Honestly, this tour sounds like « ok, time to make money with no efforts, cuz millions of fans will pay the tickets anyway ». The disrespect towards their fans is huge. I feel so so bad for Lisa btw. She seems to be the only one who actually wants to be on stage and carry the whole group. She deserves better, as the fans deserved better as well
Is so sad YG ent didn’t even get her proper promotion during her solo debut when she’s the only one that gives her 100% every single time. I will never forgive YG for that :/
That’s cuz she knows she’s the only one who actually has a future in this industry Jisoo is an actress, Rosè and Jennie just wanna be influencers and never step foot in a studio Lisa also representing a whole country out here
I'm new to kpop and I've always heard this "Blackpink is the best girl group and BTS is the best boy group". After watching many BTS performances (and other girl groups besides blackpink) it just boggles my mind like ya'll think their performances are on the same level as BTS? 10 years into their career and they've never disappointed, truly 70 daesangs kings.
If you are really a new fan, I advise you to listen to Twice. They are the best girl group, better than Blackpink. Even their performance is amazing in sync. Their voices are very beautiful. Listen to their song. I can't stop me. Really amazing song. Unlike Blackpink, Twice also has the highest awards among all the girl groups. They have 20 daesangs, 120 local awards in Korea only, and 475 international awards. They are the most among all the girl groups. Also, their sales are higher than Black Pink and among all girl groups, and their concerts are more than 500,000 chairs. The performers sold out in the largest halls in the world on their tour
@@romanmahad208 I'm not gonna argue with you but there are tons of videos of Blackpink being embarrassing on stage and I wasn't even attacking Blackpink I was just saying that I think they're overhyped like their discography is truly embarrassing for a group this big.
@@ateandthrewuponyou Things sometimes happen. From what I have read, the later performances have been fine. By all means be disappointed at that lapse on their part - but give equal attention to the fact that most of the time their performance is good. Don't define people by one moment in their life. All people are more than that. I imagine everyone has made a mistake occasionally at something they do regularly or professionally.
They couldn't because of Corona and l bet you are gonna say " other groups went to their studios and practised" the answer for that is their company didn't let them
Okay but they didnt sit at home and eat chips during their “break”. They had tightly packed schedule. Dont hide behind *that* reason to criticize the pinks. They were not top tier performers during their concert but dont drag them when they were working their butts off during the “break”😮
Wanna hear my theory? They did not renew their contracts and this tour (+ the mini album in 2023) is YG's last attempt to get money out of them. Their vibe is completely changed. I re-watched some of their early performances and they used to be so good. Now... it's like they don't even try. I love them and I bought tickets to their conecert so I will be back after I watch it live to confirm this haha [Update] No, I was wrong. They still slay.
I’m a blink but I don’t really see a reason why they renewed their contract. They’re not a girl group anymore, they’re just 4 models. They spent 2 years endorsing brands and they made a comeback doing poorly and excuses can’t really help them at this point. Everyone is like “they just started performing just wait until they perform more” how many shows have they done since the start of their tour?? 💀 when am I going to see more effort Edit: I find it so funny how y’all think I expected my opinion to effect blackpink as if I think my opinion is superior. It’s an opinion, not a fact. I’m not trying to convince the world that blackpink should disband, even I don’t want that, but with the efforts that they’re putting in right now during this born pink tour, they’re lacking. I get they’re trying to have fun, but you can have fun AND be professional. People are paying 300+ to see them perform, I COULDN’T even get a ticket to the tour and I wanted to go. Sure, you’d pay 300+ to see your favs I would do that but if you paid so much money just for them not to give it their all is it worth it. 💀
I mean if u look at it from their shoes, the entire reason they r able to slack off like this and still make bank and have a huge fandom is very much in part thanks to their company so why would they leave - that’d prob make them fall off if anything and would require them to put in more effort after switching labels; if I were them I wouldn’t leave yg unless bp were to disband
Shut up hater.... No blink starts comments with "Im a blink" and then continue.."They are just 4 models, nothing more, should disband".... Haters, If u think BP will read ur comment and think "🥺 We should disband".... 😂 U... Ummm actually should put ur phone off and actually live ur life... Cuz haters dont actually have a good life💅 apparantly...
I won't spend a single dollar for this. The concert didn't worth a penny so when Lisa said "your fake show can't get a dollar out of me" it was their own concert
ur really gonna judge a concert u didn’t even go to? literally most and if not ALL people who went to their concert said it was really fun and good. yea dont spend a single on them if ur just gonna go to a concert inspecting their every dance move
@@em_ivz The people who said "it was good" were blinks its obvious for them to say this honestly after seeing all the concert videos I am so happy that I didn't waste my money on this concert. @@em_ivz of course it’ll be fun for them 😂 bp hadn’t had a tour in years lmao other blinks will unfortunately take any scraps they can get. i love bp’s music and it’s members but damn they really need to step up on their live performances. people should get what they pay for.
To all the mean blinks who constantly make fun of other girl groups for “never being able to touch blackpink”, it’s very obvious that some people only like blackpink for their aesthetic and not also their ability and passion. They really need practice because debut blackpink could wash recent blackpink.

Shinee had some crazy coreo along with crazy VOCALS and they managed to amaze the audience every single time. If you have trained your whole life for this , you have no excuse
@@sayuriakirayuu7944 exactly. big 3 groups in general has always been good at performing. Even if a few were criticized for lacking expression, they were still synchronized. Even twice in their early days, despite not giving good vocals, would still be energetic and deliver a performance. eventually improved too. Red Velvet had a couple stages they were criticized on but it wasn’t a consistent thing, they fixed them up. YG groups also had great stage presence despite not having an elaborate choreography. I really don’t think there has been any big3 group that makes this many mistakes and half asses stuff. Even outside the big3 most groups past and present, well known groups were rare to make mistakes like this during their own concert. Weekly stages I’m a lot lenient on bc they’re performing practically every week and promoting so it’s crazy but most kpop groups put in a lot of effort when it comes to fan concerts and tours bc they know their fans paid a shit ton of money and they’re the only reason their group is still relevant. I mean fx was giving it their all in the pouring rain for gods sake. Reunion performances of old groups like 2pm and snsd hasn’t been this bad. Even during big scandals, groups try hard to not make them obvious during stages. 4th gen and some sm groups are heavily criticized for lip syncing but their dancing still holds. Groups who are not the greatest at singing know their weak side and deliver amazing choreos. If you’re lip syncing AND messing up your choreo and this is your job that you trained for years instead of going to school, what are you even doing on stage at this point?
yeah right, there are a standard for a world tour like that huh. who could define what a world tour is, as long as the fan and BP have fun together after a hell of a long time. don't make them under your scrutiny.
@@arianaventi5165 with fantards like this no wonder they get away with being lazy and boring performancess. they're like, no worries because "our blind fans" will defend us anyway. lmfao
I’m slowly not stanning them anymore. It’s sad because I’ve stanned them since d4 era and they got me into kpop. But there’s so many other groups rn that just outdo them in so many different categories and it hurts to say. I hope they get back on track and actually put effort into this world tour.
all the hate they got on the concert never made sense to me.. if you've ever been to a concert you should know, nobody has the time to micro-inspect perfection in dances and singing. nobody is sitting there in a concert and saying "nope her arms are 20 degrees different than the others, this concert is ruined for me"... it's the people who are at their homes looking at the fan's concert videos, micro inspecting, and freeze framing to find tiny issues and pretending to be "worried" about the fans attending the concert. You don't have to. The fans are fine and having fun. thenn why do u go watch thier coachella , london and paris las deela proformance ur oppas also do mistakes .. like ur jk clearly messing up butter chreo
I'm honestly shocked at Jisoo (my bias) she would literally never mess up choreo but on this tour it's been a lot of mistakes from her. Which makes me think that they probably did not rehearse together much for the group dances.
Please tell me what mistake she did .you know that she is now injured her neck is black colour so many stages performance try blanks happy .l'm sorry jisoo this comeback more confident her solo liar wow
In a 2 hr show you can expect some mistakes but it doesn't mean that they are not taking it seriously see in videos she has swollen lymph node and still she is performing so elegantly
@@irinetony5327 not for beign mean but Jeongyeon from twice performed for like two years with a bad neck injury yet nobody noticed that she was in pain. But with this beign said Jisoo is the best at singing live in bp so in my own opinion is not a really a problem is she make some mistakes since she put her 100% into singing live.
Rewatched their concert from previous years, they did so much better in the past. Danced with more energy and performed with more passion. Hope they'll put in the effort to improve their performance. There's a say that if you stop moving forward, you fall back.
Now that's a constructive criticism. You have my respect for not judging them and genuinely wishing that they do better. I am seriously not understanding this comment section. Like even slipping a little on stage also gets hate nowadays. How much more toxic can you get? Proof: This video and the comment section.
@@meikoluvv The way people are not even realizing that this is not the correct way to criticize an artist is in itself very toxic. I have read almost all the comments and if I replied to this specific comment saying it is constructive means it really is. Others are just saying "oh they are the biggest girl group how can they perform like this like that" and literally judging them. Like no criticism only passing judgment. The purpose of criticism is to help the artist improve and guide them to do their best. Not to make the artist feel like they don't deserve what they have right now. If this is not your purpose for criticizing then sorry you aren't criticizing. Either you are hating on them or just simply judging them. Both are toxic. And let's not forget Jennie slipping on the stage is literally the thumbnail of this video. So I can say this without any doubt that this video is made for views and not for criticism purpose.
i think they got the spirit and the lessons from their seniors. i have a friend who is a bigbang fan and he was shook that seventeen, bts are still dancing with lots of energy to almost all of the songs in the concert.
Kep1er, NewJeans, IVE, Le Sserafim, Itzy, Minx, Nmixx. All rookies who constantly deliver better than the mess this tour was. These are groups who are much smaller, harder choreo, and yet they perform better. I'm pretty sure they don't lip-sync most of their songs either (with some as an exception ofc). Oh and they release more often which means their working more, blinks fr be tripping if they think BP are giving acceptable performances
We had 5 monster rookie girl groups this year. Any of them could've done better. And most of them don't even have a year's worth of experience under their belt.
@@ClipPerry brother are you delusional. The fans have been going insane with screaming at the concerts. The amount of clips from all their concerts have been insane. Keep getting your evidence from fake media videos. lmao
To think their seniors, 2NE1, had gone through a lot more hiatus (YG's fault ya'll!) b4 getting disbanded but were still in synch with each other and perform with their all in every reunion they do. They love and respect their fans enough to give them a great experience from their performances.
Another fan who can't come up with his own opinion and is believing clips presented by a fake media youtube channel. LMAO. It's weird they are Recyling the same 3 clips from there first concerts back. Its weird how they recycle those same clips that take up 20 seconds from a 2 hour concert.
My take is that Born Pink era is just so uninspired and felt like a rushed production so the girls didn't really had a connection to it. If they were to have their world tour during The Album era I think they would have been more energetic and lively because the songs in The Album is just so much better than whatever Born Pink gave us. You can really tell that YG put so much effort into perfecting Blackpink's 1st album and that's something Born Pink lacks. It felt so rushed and the girls definitely didn't felt a connection to it that's why they don't perform their new songs with passion. However, they are paid to perform by the fans who have been waiting for them for 2 years so they should at least act like they are enjoying because the people at their concert paid to see them. Knowing the right lyrics to the song and the right dance steps and giving your best at performing are the bare minimum.
@jiafei6945 Damn, okay! I read the first half of the paragraph, and it seemed like an excuse to me. But I agree with the second half. That is my take also.
lisa is the only one in bp that has really proved herself over the years. imma give her a pass on the pole dancing considering she looked like she was doing the same thing as the other dancers
Also the shoes she wore were heavy, it's difficult to extend knees with those shoes. Other dancers didn't have bent knees because they had no footwear on. So that can be countered. I have never been an avid fan of BP, but I agree only Lisa has been giving the vibe of a actual concert based on the clips I have watched.
@@hiveb1706 and it’s also excusable considering she’s no professional pole dancer. She’s a professional dancer and has proved herself worthy of that title many times idk why ppl are coming for her pole dancing when she’s a literal beginner at it, how are they going to compare her performance to how a professional pole dancer would perform it? A pole dancer wouldn’t be able to dance half the things Lisa can do so it really makes no sense
Stop victimize Lisa, she has much more activities, and screentime than other members. Her shooting in every album has more corners than other members too.... She doesn't has less treat than others, Its more like Jisoo who has less investment from YG.
They become IG influencers now than a kpop group. The passion is fading and if they don't keep this up it will be their downfall. They should review this concert and talk among themselves to regain that passion and ask themselves who they really are if they're a kpop group or just 4 individuals who acted on their own. This is what you get for TOO MUCH resting. Y'all complain to other companies that they overworked their kpop groups and now you see a group that has too much resting. Those kpop groups who you labeled "overworked" probably have a better performance than this. I feel bad for blinks also who attended the concert because I feel they didn't get their money's worth.
I don’t think that resting is an issue. They just don’t want to give it all anymore. They’re most interested in the influencer life : they earn million with sponsored posts, attend luxurious events and are ambassadors of luxurious brands. That’s way easier than being subjected to intense schedules and constant dance practice for their stage performances. Also, their fans always find excuses for their bad performances so they don’t even have to try to improve.
Don't feel bad for blinks, they said they enjoy the concerts so much that they could overlooked these mistakes. Blinks do not need our pity. I am mad because i i gave my positive input as an outsider, not even hating the girls, but they attacked me like crazy. They are so scary, the most toxic fandom ever after Army.
K-pop was never about the music, K-pop only got famous because of the "idols" people that are marketed as who normal people want to be, great visuals and nice personality, sexy dancing, and connecting with their fanbase. They are just idols, not musicians. they are chosen specifically because they had potential to be peoples crush and can get fame through singing and dancing while being an actor/actress. Like NCT, Wanna One, Enhypen, TVXQ, Twice, Girls Generation, IVE, Newjeans are mostly popular because of their visuals and concepts. If they were never that pretty/handsome none of them would maintain popularity or rise that fast. Why do you think Wanna One almost caught up to BTS's popularity in less than 1 year before disbanding? Blackpink is YG's first true idol group, made up of pretty girls who can sing and dance with pop/hip-hop music.
I honestly think that there is nobody backstage to call them out on their mistakes and for their lackluster performances. They are too famous for that. No one wants to be the person to criticize them and to potentially be fired. Many others probably assume that they know what they are doing. I personally wouldn’t call out Ariana Grande, Adele or Madonna because I would assume that they know what they are doing, being in that industry for as long as they have been in. The members probably just got asked whether they remember the choreography to their songs or not, and they just rolled with it. It truly does not look like they practiced more than once beforehand. Due to all that relaxed treatment backstage they are probably a bit spoiled. They don’t fear any consequences for slipping up because there are none. Nobody cares and they themselves don’t seem to care either. They are just there to have a good time with their fans.
I honestly believe this is the case. There’s probably a bunch of yes men around them who are probably just tryna get their check and feed their families, can’t even fault them for that, but this is the result we get when that’s the case.
They'll see the effects eventually. I never attend a group's show a second time if they were lacking on the first. Which is why consistency is so important. Why would I spend hundreds again just for another boring/sloppy performance?
and tbh it only means they don't have a close relationship with their team/staff. those ppl just smile and nod, get their checks then clock out. you have to work together with your team to give a good performance. if their team are trying their best but bp isn't meeting them halfway, it's really not gonna work out.
Many blinks live in their own reality bubbles. Whenever fans of other groups get irritated at blinks saying insane things like “BP is better than all other groups!” blinks accuse them of being "toxic" or “jealous.” LMAO
So I've pole danced for 8 years and its not something you pick up right away even if Lisa practiced for half a year she might not have picked up the strength yet to do it considering I'm sure she's not purely focused on pole dancing and getting the strength to do it. As for the overall concert I've heard mixed things about it so at this point I'm not gonna comment on how on how good blackpink as far as it comes to performing but I did want to cut Lisa some slack when it came to pole dancing because its not something that's easy.
Lisa only practiced pole dancing 4 times a year ago and did 1 practice session before the concert. Thats all the expierence she has in pole dancing. So about a total of 15 hours
They even let the Chaelisa fight involve with the concert. I'm not saying they should be always around each other, hugging and kissing, but at least be PROFESSIONAL and give the fans the proper concert they're paying for.
They take things for granted because they know their fans would still like them.. It's sad unlike other groups who always perform like it's their last concert.
Also YG seem to have no issues with it either since it's still bringing in money. No other group would be able to perform like this and get away. They would be slandered by netizens and media and scolded by the company. And I'd like to think most idols WANT to give a good performance for their fans, but it's kind of obvious that BP don't care about that at all, if they did they would have taken the time to practice and rehearse. They seem to have no shame to not be embarrass by performing like this.
I know I might get hate for this but..I miss those days were 2NE1 was still slaying the game because whenever they get on stage or have the opportunity to perform their song in a Concert or Music Awards they would always slay it... @@sanikajadhav6262 I'm a huge Blink too but before that I'm a Blackjack and a big fan of other YG Artists too and one of the reason why i-stan them so much is bcz of their "Stage Presence" and "Charisma" and I have always observed that they have been consistent with that especially with YG Boy Groups but in regards to BP.. recently I admit that It's not the same anymore..it feels like being a K-Pop Idol/Artist is like a Side Job for them...Like you can literally pin point the huge change/difference with BP now than those Rookie Days of BP...I badly wanna see another YG Girl Group Performance that's nasty and full of Stage Presence just like YG's Trademark....I just hope that in the next upcoming Tours of BP they will take this as a lesson to give more to the Fans so that what they pay will be worth it
This is literally what I think every time I see Blackpink perform lately. 2ne1 was always on another level compared to them, but I would always tell myself "BP will improve their stage presence and performances with time and might get to 2ne1's level in the future"....but alas, it seems it's gotten worse. Have you watched 2NE1 perform at Coachella 6 months ago??? Oh My! I miss them! They are so great! Like literally 100% better. We can feel their strong presence on the stage. I literally got goosebumps.
Honestly it’s okay to make a few mistakes every once in a while on accident, but I’m starting to think they just don’t really care at this point. Im not saying they’re bad dancers they just don’t put enough effort into their dances, it’s really unfair to all of the fans at the concert who paid so much money to go see blackpink perform. I’m not even able to imagine the disappointment after they waste all that money only to see them wiggle their arms around a bit and spin around once or twice. You know it’s bad when even the back up dancers are giving more energy than the actual band ( Honestly as long as their having fun, but it’s just a bit unfair, day 2 of their tour was amazing though )
It is evident in your performances if you are passionate about your craft or profession. If you love music and our fans, you'll work hard for it. not just work hard; try hard to do your best even when you are exhausted. You chose his path, and you've been in this business for years, and if you still can't give your hundred or one hundred and one percent, then you chose the wrong path. You don't have to make an excuse that you are tired or had a long flight; you've been practicing this because it's a world tour and fans are expecting good, lively performances. All artists get nervous, but they are focused and keep in mind that this is for their fans, so we need to work hard and be focused and fascinated about it.
They are models, not idols anymore. This kind of performance is already expected. No matter how bad their performances are, the tickets will be sold out and their fans will still be satisfied.
i used to be BP fan, but I loved Twice more and as time goes on i starting to feel angry over blinks basically being so disrespectful to every single idols except BP. dont even mention BTS, blink always tried their hardest to mock army and BTS. It used to be so common to open any BTS related articles or any videos about them and see Blinks insulting them. I'm angry this group is more popular than Twice, when they didn't put even a quarter of effort Twice did.
At the end of this video reminded me of Jin, he was not a naturally gifted singer, dancer or rapper. But it was his professionalism that made him one of the best vocalists in BTS today. That's the professionalism we are asking for.
Jin improved as a singer and dancer every single year through hard work and sacrifice. The same is true for every member of BTS. Imagine how great BP could be if they had the same kind of attitude about their work.

I was really excited and Born Pink is a great album, but the first thing I thought to myself while watching was “….why do they look so lazy” it was disappointing to see and rubbed me the wrong way. I realized that this is why kpop stans talk a lot of shit about BP lol. As a retired performer myself, I immediately picked up on how their stage presence time and time again seems to be lackluster and they have no energy, strong arms/hands are a big factor in show business to demonstrate being on point and they don't give that. They don't have intense/difficult choreo, especially when you consider what other groups give us on stage. I'm not going to overlook that lip-syncing, that was absolutely terrible cmon now. Lisa is definitely a shining star and they all have strong/weak points but for them to be the IT girl group and give us this is....disappointing. What is funnier to me is how much time they spend doing modeling gigs or brand deals, if they would rather follow that aspect of their careers then do so, we'll support it, but don't give us overpriced mid concerts and lackadaisical performances on TV. It felt like the entire tour was rushed and they didn't practice enough. They seem to have plenty of free time to plan proper comebacks yet I don't see much improvement. They have been together for 6 years already and trained years prior yet can't be consistent and coordinated. I know the majority of their issues can be traced back to their shit management under YG, it genuinely makes me so upset the way that they run their shows and provide for the girls. I'm not being a hater, I will continue to stream their music and adore the group, but it is embarrassing to see rookie groups have more stamina and give better performances than the "best girl group in the world."
Yeah, how can blink use excuse after 2 year. Cause then you see their PV , shut down and VMA performance your u clearly see how bad they're giving their performance. And what make me laugh that blink forget bp arledy perform in big stage(VMA) with a lots of people but they literally failed in VMA and also in their concerts. And literally bp just forget last 2 year that they're also idols group that's why they forget to practice on this hiatus. Yeah, yg give them long break but yg didn't stopped them for doing vocal practice and dance practice. But still blink blaming on yg for their bad performance including how many times they forget coreography. It's really sad they can't even perform 20 songs without being tired when they easily trained for this.
If you wanna check out a yge group who actually has the energy and voices to carry this out then the group they disbanded 2ne1 will outshone even all the groups right now. If you want a really amazing PERFORMANCE group then iKON is the way to go. I like Blackpinks songs but I’m infuriated by the fact that they have literally gotten the best deal yet perform like this while iKON or Winner who are a million times better in singing and dancing get put on the back burner repeatedly. Ikon just had a LA performance where the planning was absolute trash and since they’re a second generation group they didn’t have many fans but the moment they went on stage it’s like the whole arena got revived and non fans became huge fans of them. Blackpink was supposed to be a continuation of 2ne1 but it’s obvious that it’s iKON instead. What’s worse is that the male group will go to the military soon and they don’t look like they want to re-sign with yge all that much, if they leave then yge loses their Best Performance group because Big Bang is a hiatus that can last a decade. BP better do well because a new girl group is coming and they will take hold of YGEs total attention.
@@yadiaag7771 "If you wanna check out a yge group who actually has the energy and voices to carry this out then the group they disbanded 2ne1 will outshone even all the groups right now." 100% FACT. Slackpink could never be as good as the living legends 2NE1.
If Blackpink renew their contracts with YG, that's how you'll DEFINITELY know they're there for fame/money and not for music or interest in being artists.
Exactly like whenever someone criticize blackpink blinks be like it's their company's fault and when something good happen it means their so called queens are talented let's see what they'll say when their queens renew their contracts with that company who according to blinks deprive their queens to show. Their talent 😑
@@monikabishnoi7240 for once, i actually don't see ANY blink supporting them on it. it's because they can't. they can't defend bp when they're not themselves anymore but worse. also, talking about what op said, being an idol is basically for fame, money AND the actual passion for the job but hey, i gotta say that a lot of people don't like their jobs and purely work for money and fame and i think that's fine. they're gonna keep dissapointing blinks though if they go on, that's their only loss
@@monikabishnoi7240 even if they renewe their contracts, i just want bp to have some real struggle now..and I want blinks to give constructive criticism on their performance..this can't continue for all their years in the industry. Other groups working twice as hard, not fair with em.
Same also for other boys & girls groups right? 😊 Don’t point out just because it’s Blackpink. Been any Kpop concert before? Did you noticed mistakes in other concert? I mean not Blackpink, because you never attend their concert right?
@@lilathebear stfu. Obviously other groups are gonna make mistakes, and have some faults. But for them(blackpink)to be consistently making mistakes this entire tour so far after YEARS of hiatus is inexcusable.
@@lilathebear You might be really new to K-pop to think no other group, except Bp, has gotten flak for their performances. Plus, ignoring all the screw ups and twisting this into some kinda "Bp vs the world" thing isn't a very smart look on Blinks either.
You know what is difference between the BP and other groups of their generation like Twice or BTS, it's their passion and thirst for perfection. In Twice, Momo or Mina are great dancers but rest of them don't let them down, they constantly review mistakes and match up to their skills no matter how hard it is, and you can actually see the improvement. You can see it in their backstage videos that even if one member messes up the choreo they reshoot the entire routine again, which not only makes them consistent but also perfects group's overall performance. As for BTS they have same philosophy, JHope plays a huge role in that. He truly sticks to his role of a Dance Leader. Not even slightest mistake could escape his eyes. He always tries to bring out best in members by telling them their mistakes, no matter how many years into their career, and also how to improve it. Till this date he manages the team performance and world knows the result. In case of BP, Lisa should step up and take lead to improve their live performances. Because it's important for a team, to balance out each other's weaknesses and also it's important that as a member you should focus on team and not just yourself. Sadly BP lacks teamwork and it's because they are not close, as compared to BTS or Twice, who have one of the best teamworks in the industry. BP haven't struggled like them, as they got immediate success after their debut. Also, BP has no leader. A team should always have leader to lead them in right direction, and that's makes alot of difference.
I completely agree with your observation, . I watch most of the top K-POP groups and have been to concerts you can really tell when they have practiced and when they needed to practice more to get it down. We all watch the MV'S of all the groups we listen to and not once but a bunch of times I mean lots of us study the dance moves to learn them and for me I notice when they mess up or forget choreo steps when at concerts,to me its very obvious when an Idol is not all there or sad or tired. So yes having a strong leader is absolutely necessary, the group is as good as their leaders ability to keep them on point and for the 2 groups you mentioned both leaders are always improving and strive to be the best and also want the same for the team.
Recently saw a video of Psy performing That That live featuring Suga. One could really see the explosion of energy from the audience. I bet the crowd was really happy seeing that level of performance from artists that they love
ANd BTS took a hiatus when they started to lose passion. They stayed true to their fans. And guess what?, Thier free concert blew the lid off the stadium for over 50 million people to see.
Coming from an ex-blink : I hate how blinks say that they are the best K-pop girl group. Sure they are the most worldwide known but other groups practice more and are more talented.
I feel bad because one day we saw Blackpink as "the revolution". I'm not a fan of BTS, but I see they have a lot of albums and songs with beautiful lyrics, while our girls get pointless rap and tiktok choreography. They deserve better, and so do we fans.
and BTS always gives 100% in their performances, when it comes to bp... I don't know what happened honestly, I remember 2019 when I discovered BTS and kpop overall, I was obssesed over Blackpink and BTS, I remember watching their first performance at coachella and falling in love, now I'm just army, my interest in bp has waned, I feel like the girls have lost their passion for music, I'd like to go back to 2019 again and see the girls enjoying their work, now I feel like they do it because they get paid and not because they enjoy it, they just don't seem sincere
I don't think BTS and Blackpink can be compared. BTS is definitely an art group came together to create and perform. I have so much respect for the ways they have manifested themselves over their art.
@@_anetty fr im more of a blink than army but when i saw bts recent 'busan expo' something like that the ENERGY WAS THERE meanwhile blackpink it seems like they want to quit there jobs!!

Everytime a new comeback comes, nothing else but ONE hate video would surely surely come.I agree the dancing was below avg especially rosé who gives it her all (and is my bias). However the micro inspection .LMAOOOO. they dance well-but can't sing live, no energy, no this that. Unfortunately I have seen only hate from this channel. Hate spews more hate. So keep being negative. The comments like they are mediocre and just lucky . Imagine the luck of IKON AND WINNER. They come from the biggest agency and yet are not as commercially well known as their contemporary. The hate and negativity is absurd. You don't like them, ..... ok... but don't get 1 mil views from abusing them. GEEZ.
Honestly you can't compare the two groups, I know I'll get hate for this, but one of the reasons why BTS is so successful is because each member hold back their own goals for the group, before being a group they're all individuals who has their own goals in life but they hold it back for the sake of the group and each one of them is PASSIONATE about music, every solo work they've gave us, each one wrote the lyrics, produced the songs and actually joined the whole process of the work, and after the Busan concert, which was FREE which means they didn't gain anything from it and 10 YEARS into their carrer but they gave such an amazing performances for the whole two hours, and All of it was for the fans, everyone can see that they enjoy performing and they're passionate about it.
The sad part is the backup dancers might get scolded for outshining the idols...like "how dare they try too hard when they're just back up dancers!" Cheers to those back up dancers who saved the concert from being a total flop 🍻
cause they actually have to dance like the rent is due. as many are saying, bp as a group rely a lot on their looks and influencer status. the backup dancers are there to, well, dance.
Honestly the entire Born Pink era feels so rush and unprepared. The lack of promotion for their album release and not even 1 month from the release of the album and there is already a tour?!! They should have kicked off their world tour around November - December. Also the random venues (Arena venues in Thailand and Seoul??). Also Lisa is a natural performer with great musicality and dance memory , hence her being the only one being consistent.
*They outperformed every other concert other artists had this year they killed it and outsold the concert you guyz are just jobless and jealous and full of hatred and have so much time in your hands that rather than using it for good you use it to bash the most humble kind hardworking and the literal queens of kpop just to make youself feel good go get a life idiots* 0
there are other groups who have tours within the first month or so but I do agree it’s very rushed, especially since it’s their first tour in a while and they NEED better management pacing.
Lisa is the one with the most energy, but we can't deny that when we talk about SINGING, she also doesn't sing as much as the others. They sing out of tune, the voice becomes unstable, They don't even pretend to be lipsyncing, they just lower the mic and don't sing. Imagine paying dearly for this type of apresentation
@@Lamarshreif no and? u wanna clap for ur favs who are giving these terrible stages ? just imagine spending so much money for the concert and recieving not even a bare minimum ? Pls don't be blind and understand that we are criticising them for their own improvement
I think Blackpink became so popular quite quick since their music is catchy and attracts both non kpopers and kpopers, they come from a huge company, have great marketing and fanservice, and 3 out of 4 speak english fluently, making it easy for people to feel connected to them. After they manage to gain super loyal/fanatic fans quite easily, they kind of take things for granted because with fans that fanatic, no matter what mistake they make, their fans will always defend them. I remember when I was also a blink, watching their concert and following their social media. In 2019, Jennie left in the middle of the Macau concert and didn’t return. Blinks said she was sick but she or YG never said anything. Also in a Samsung event in Indonesia she looked so annoyed and bored. Blinks blamed Samsung saying it was because blinks weren’t allowed to sing happy birthday to her and the MC didn’t involve her in the interview. The MC was attacked and made a clarification saying Jennie didn’t seem fine so he didn’t interview her too much. While she didn’t take the blame at all. And I thought maybe she just isn’t too happy performing in Asia. The end of 2019 was also the end of me being a blink although I still hear their older songs sometimes. Blackpink are professionals and people pay so much money for them. At least perform with passion. Even if their super loyal fans are always defending them, it still doesn’t make it alright to act such way
In short, they prolly let fame get into their heads. Like “we’re already famous. We don’t really need to to work that hard anymore, we already have fans to eat everything up no matter what”

@truth ok that's your opinion . However just one point yg decides the pricing not the meets. Ofc that does not discount the fact that you need to own up and perform .
That is defo not worth the value. In UK, I got it when it released which was 100 pounds and that doesn't include the traveling cost. I still think it would only be worth like 50 pound. And not to mention, its a short short concert that is 2 hours including breaks and btw, they always start late/delay the concert.

Honestly speaking, Bp is considered world's biggest gg. But if you would show me their performance, I would think you're joking. If u sing well, u become singer. If u dance well, u become dancer. But can't seem to do well in either of department. As a group, they seem to be lacking in all aspects of a performance. I really wonder if being a performer (who sings and dances) is really the profession they should continue because most of them(ex rose) are good at other things like acting, modelling, dancing... Ik fans get offended by comments like this. But be honest rn, is this performance really worth the long years of wait for their cb, 6 yrs since debut, so much promotion or hype around them? BP is really respected and looked up in industry because of their popularity. But if this would performance of any other gg, would u spend ur money on them?
They seem to be so bad because this particular channel makes them look bad and is actually successful if you people get convinced. Go watch vlogs of people who visited. Or go experience it yourself. Trust me they people who visited said it was unmatched energy and it was the best day of their lives. Just leave this video aside and explore the wide fancams, screams, chants. Someone who experienced it is a more reliable source than this blackpink anti channel.

Blackpink doesn't earn respect from their performances only their fame. No says oh I love BP because they work hard, it is more of their westernised music and bad girl concept that got them this far.
They are so ungrateful. Hundreds of of other trainees did not make in who are more talented than present them and they are just not doing anything about it.
Absolutely. For example, Lisa is really good at dancing, Jisoo is better for acting, Jennie for brands ambassador and modeling, Chaeyoung for talk shows and podcasts.

The funny thing is I have heard groups and artists like seventeen, skz, gidle, txt, twice, mamamoo, ateez and even rookies such as lee serrafim stating in multiple occasion that they have practiced their sets so many time that even if they try to slack off their body just goes for it, It has become a muscle memopry to them, the most recent one was Hobi did his single set in lolla he said in the live that he practiced his every movement so many times that he can do the whole one hopour 15 minute set even in his sleep, also one of TXT member said kinda same thing, If we lookn at mamamoo concert clips with only four member their is no gap in stage, lets not even talk about experience groups when new jeans be giving more on stage. I like some of bp songs but was never fan of their stage pressence, an dthe fact that rookies can sing better live and perform, the fact that rookies look more cordinated, andthe fact that other kpop idols even in the top of their popularity don't take this for granted and give their best, practice their best that they have develop this muscle memory but here these girls are with a rushed stage pressence, no song writting, no live vocals, no synchronization, no energy or what it seems like no passion or interest to even perform is just unfair. And the fans supporting them and overlooking all of the mistakes is the reason why they take everything for granted, they are the perfect example of manufactured kpop idols, and don't tell me its YG,its not YG only its also the girls not trying to focus pn their weakness or simply not practicing enough .

@@xivie1239 I know right, he is such an angel, I mean all of them are, Its just sad to see someone else do same mistake, again and again, even trying to laugh it out while we know if these were done by any other group, they would not even be considered part of this industry.
Yes, the creator maybe went a little overboard, but I’m also sick of people using the “they’re humans” excuse. Omega x has had to deal with one of the most messed up situations ever but still did well on their world tour. Once you realize that, there’s no excuse you can reasonably make for blackpink.
I quite agree with you. Like i don't have anything against mistakes; we all make them and we all *rectify* them. I don't see that happening here. What happened to the Blackpink that dominated Coachella like 5 years ago? They were amazing before their hiatus, and that surprises me because shouldn't they have used thei hiatus to work on their skills?
Jisoo - Well Jisoo in my opinion gave a good solo performance but the group performances were just so messy. Like I don’t care about voice cracks usually but forgetting choreo. BP is almost a 7 yo gg and still forgetting choreo back to back is a big No. Jennie - Honestly where are all the people who are always like Jennie is the best performer in Blackpink..? She barely even tries. Like is her ankle still in a bad condition or is she tired again. I just don’t get it. She hasn’t been giving good stage performance since 2018 and at this point I’m not expecting anymore. Rosé - The solo performance was mediocre. Considering the fact she is the main vocalist she should carry the vocal department but it was ehh. Also she is the lead dancer but her energy these days is gone. Lisa - I feel like if you point out the bads in her performance it would only be the pole dancing and lack of singing during her solo but apart from these two things i swear to god she slayed. She was consistent and giving her best in both group and solo performance. Honestly kuddos to Lisa and Backup dancers for carrying the whole concert. One more thing that i wanna say that no one is talking about. Can we talk about the messy styling and and messy management. Like why did they not give Lisa Jisoo and Rose headsets. Especially Lisa and Rose because their songs are more dance type. And the styling they looked like 4 people ready to perform songs of different genres
The most embarrassing part here is the fact that blackpink's concert happened the same day as bts concert in busan. Blackpink's concert was PAID and they gave a crappy performance, meanwhile bts' concert was FREE and they made a historic concert. its insulting really. im not trying to start a fanwar but i think this comparison is necessary, bts is the biggest bg and blackpink is the biggest gg. Bts is living up to their name and blackpink isnt. Hell despite bts having issue with the military, theyre still putting out music, meanwhile blackpink didnt do anything for 2 freaking yrs. they were too busy going to parties and doing fashion shows. ITS EMBARRASSING.
yah :( I like blackpink and I always love on them and defend them against Armies. But during this concert I honestly can't even defend them...like damn it's bad. Someone showed me a clip and I was like "wait is this real or is it edited?" cuz it was that bad. I was like really confused, cuz like they used to be hittin it and killin it. It's like they lost the passion for it. They might be about to disband :(
I've been a loyal blink since 2016 and Jennie is literally my ultimate bias but I can't make excuses for the girls. Blinks are partially to blame here because the fandom as a whole never hold the girls accountable when they're obviously in the wrong. Blinks shield and defend everything Blackpink do so they probably think they can throw out a lukewarm performance and still get praise for it
That's why many people love them & protect Blackpink no matter what because they had showed many peoples worldwide for who they're and what we thought about the perfectionist idols actually not exist, when blink get tired and doesn't have a motivation to do works, we would remembering that Blackpink were more tired and busy than us and than all of the other kpop idols in korea but still tried to do their's best and smile for peoples that they didn't actually knew. If you're a blinks or Jennie bias you probably can understand them even they didn't say it to you...+ recording Shut Down after Pink Venom was released only 1 month apart. Then practicing and memorizing new choreography, attending fashion show events as a Global Ambassador, collaborating on projects, preparing for concert recordings, new choreography, and various things that blinks didn't expect they've prepared in the future for us. But still y'all complaining.... Lisa had said to blinks at the pre-recording Inkigayo, that she's still jet-lagged and tired, but still they want to perform infronts of korean blink even if only once. But I know even though I tell y'all this, it's just a wasted coz you're not a truly blinks and just a haters who loves to point out peoples' weakness and love to eat hatred👍🏻 (my grammar is not good like yours but my heart is better than yours)
i can't be with u on this. i agree that making mistakes in a show is not alright, but this is a 2 hour concert. jennie had amazing stage presence and looked happy throughout the whole show. this is what the fans came to see: the girls happy and energetic. this isn't a dance contest, no one came to judge them on their perfectly synchronized dance moves. if it weren't for the recording you wouldn't even notice her 5 second mistake, so how is it bad?. also fans want to hear live vocals, and her and rose delivered amazing live vocals and 90% of time sang live. the others sang live a lot too but not as much as those 2. the fandom does defend them even when they are wrong, but they also get hate when they aren't in the wrong, like this case seems to me.
But it is the cutest to see Their try to make blinks happy if they can make them happy by making small and cute mistake then what problem real blinks still love them no matter what
@@prathibhashankar6441 ofcourse like you said cute mistake😆😆💕💗💕💗💕💗 coz no one is perfect that's why we love them, rather than stanning idols who are pretending to be perfect and be a robot so that people will adore them without showing what actually they've been through, coz Blackpink would not do that just to feed the same human being satisfaction, they showed what they have all out, that's why many peoples love them for who they're even many haters tried to bring them down we don't force you to like them... you know i mean just chill bro relax, we love their's music and if their's performance are no synchronized we don't mind it 😂😂 it's a concert not a competition 😂🤏🏼
Not the delulu blinks in my replies literally proving me right lmao. Mistakes are cute the first 5 or 6 times but after that it's blatantly obvious that they're not even trying. Ffs learn how to hold Blackpink accountable when they screw up. You're the reason Blackpink performed like this. You're the reason that blinks are now demanding refunds because the performances were so bad. There's a difference between not being a perfectionist and literally cutting corners and not performing the choreography correctly. Fans came for a good show and Blackpink did not deliver. End of story. If y'all are happy with poor performances then fine, hoover up those crumbs, just don't expect others to do the same
BRO when lisa just shouts out the lines of money,,, its actually irritating that she doesnt sing, and kinda adds to the theory that she cant hit the notes of the song
You couldn’t have worded it better. Their last tour was amazing, but this one felt rushed. I know people are going to say “they had a two year hiatus and such” but that’s not an excuse. Other groups have had hiatus’ for 3 plus years and come back stronger than ever. You can tell they don’t practice enough together. Saw another comment saying that it looks like they are relying on their popularity too much. If they constantly make lots of mistakes multiple times they will be excused because they are blackpink. Though they did do well on their solo performances it’s just they aren’t coordinated as a group like they use to be. This is not just for the Dallas concert, I’ve noticed this too in other locations as well. As well as I don’t see improvement as much anymore. I would say the most improved has been Lisa and the rest of the member have just been the same. I’m not sure what’s happening behind the scenes, so this is just what I’ve observed. I hope things go well for them
To those making excuses for these girls, 2 years hiatus and solo "modeling" for brands.. remember that SNSD came back after a 5 years hiatus with all the members doing their individual activities from acting, musicals, varities, endorsements, solos, hosting/dj and etc yet when they came back and perform a mini concert, they gave their 100%.
What important is SNSD love S♡NE & GIRLS' GENERATION so much💜

They lack team work. They had 2 years of a break to practice tbh
They have team work, if they wouldn't have it then the concerts would have been a total mess, BP can pull it off with the crappy production YG gave them, they're doing for the fans.
@@rizzy2120 did the concert take place so suddenly that they only had a few days of practice?
G DRAGON THE KING .
This is their last gig as BP as there is no way they will resign with yg
Yup i too think so.
Honestly I feel like this is their last album

@@aarushisingh7983 pls and when I say BP is kinda lazy they bring up Jennies ankle scandal like that's 100000 years ago it's irrelevant
yep
Agreed!
And also take into account that bp have a comeback every other year and this comeback is after 2 years. They’re probably fed up with everything
So true many of the girl groups don't even know how to compose simple beats compared to the male groups. I think it's the men that are in charge, they just want them to be a pretty face.

This is what happens when a kpop group becomes full time models and part time singers

Come on, this is LITERALLY their job and I'm sick and tired of (some) blinks trying to cover blackpink's asses when they go after other groups for doing less than this.

as sultry film said, since they’re the IT girlgroup and the biggest one atm, all eyes are on them it’s inevitable, they GOTTA live up to the name
as a blink i totally agree with you
Theyve been privileged and spoiled since the beginning 🤷♀️

I also remember their first tour (black pink in your area) and I was mesmerized by them… but i just don’t see that anymore. Idk if we are going to see it again but I do hope we do before they disband…
And what's crazy to me is no fan will ever make a big of enough noise to snap their idols back to reality. Because all fans care about is worshipping their idols.

Also the only thing this tour has done is make the girls look unprepared and look like they care more about being ig models/influencers than their actual “job/career”. However, they are paid to perform by the fans who have been waiting for them for 2 years so they should at least act like they are enjoying because the people at their concert paid to see them. Knowing the right lyrics to the song and the right dance steps and giving your best at performing are the bare minimum.

lisa is the only one in bp that has really proved herself over the years. imma give her a pass on the pole dancing considering she looked like she was doing the same thing as the other dancers

Exactly, it's Blinks fault for enabling talentless models by giving them their time and money. It should have been spent on other groups.
I’m not even able to imagine the disappointment after they waste all that money only to see them wiggle their arms around a bit and spin around once or twice. You know it’s bad when even the back up dancers are giving more energy than the actual band

I am a recent blink, and the first performance I had ever watched of theirs was for Shut Down on Jimmy Kimmel.

Agreed.
Twice is always give us a great performance

The MC was attacked and made a clarification saying Jennie didn’t seem fine so he didn’t interview her too much. While she didn’t take the blame at all. LMFAOOOOO I noticed that too. She was like “really?”
@@hoonified20 I've watched fancams and rose still looks bored, jisoo still looks stiff, jennie is still lazy and lisa is the only one trying
@@hoonified20 unmatched? they aren’t good performers and if yg wasn’t just doing a money grab they wouldn’t have let them go unprepared for a whole world tour but than again it the company that’s only giving them 32 and one full length album over six years. They aren’t passionate and their company does care so. Their contract end in the next year and I hope they throw in the towel for yg but i don’t think it will change anything music wise. I think a majority of them will go into other things which is great
Nowadays all you need to be really popular and get rich is beauty and a fake personality so yh
Blackpink doesn't earn respect from their performances only their fame. No says oh I love BP because they work hard, it is more of their westernised music and bad girl concept that got them this far.

this is why being a soloist is better you don't have to be coordinated to the others
Absolutely. For example, Lisa is really good at dancing, Jisoo is better for acting, Jennie for brands ambassador and modeling, Chaeyoung for talk shows and podcasts.

LMAOOO THIS MADE ME LAUGH BUT GO GIRL
And the fans supporting them and overlooking all of the mistakes is the reason why they take everything for granted, they are the perfect example of manufactured kpop idols, and don't tell me its YG,its not YG only its also the girls not trying to focus pn their weakness or simply not practicing enough .
bro,i dont knwo what jhopes smokin coz man went insane in busan, lol. He made me want to jump up and punch something, especially during the Run bts,mic drop ,cyphers and ugh
Bro beomgyu literally made one single mistake and he cried cause he felt guilty for it it wasn't even his fault 😭
@@xivie1239 I know right, he is such an angel, I mean all of them are, Its just sad to see someone else do same mistake, again and again, even trying to laugh it out while we know if these were done by any other group, they would not even be considered part of this industry.
Lol why do y’all care go and support your favorite group ‘!!!
Especially for jennie
Jisoo -
Well Jisoo in my opinion gave a good solo performance but the group performances were just so messy. Like I don’t care about voice cracks usually but forgetting choreo. BP is almost a 7 yo gg and still forgetting choreo back to back is a big No.
Jennie -
Honestly where are all the people who are always like Jennie is the best performer in Blackpink..? She barely even tries. Like is her ankle still in a bad condition or is she tired again. I just don’t get it. She hasn’t been giving good stage performance since 2018 and at this point I’m not expecting anymore.
Rosé -
The solo performance was mediocre. Considering the fact she is the main vocalist she should carry the vocal department but it was ehh. Also she is the lead dancer but her energy these days is gone.
Lisa -
I feel like if you point out the bads in her performance it would only be the pole dancing and lack of singing during her solo but apart from these two things i swear to god she slayed.
Well said
u clearly did not saw the Houston concert lol jennie is the best performer she was mad

But it is the cutest to see
Their try to make blinks happy if they can make them happy by making small and cute mistake then what problem real blinks still love them no matter what
@@prathibhashankar6441 ofcourse like you said cute mistake😆😆💕💗💕💗💕💗 coz no one is perfect that's why we love them, rather than stanning idols who are pretending to be perfect and be a robot so that people will adore them without showing what actually they've been through, coz Blackpink would not do that just to feed the same human being satisfaction, they showed what they have all out, that's why many peoples love them for who they're even many haters tried to bring them down we don't force you to like them... you know i mean just chill bro relax, we love their's music and if their's performance are no synchronized we don't mind it 😂😂 it's a concert not a competition 😂🤏🏼
I hope things go well for them
facing some concerts ahead, their schedule will be really full.
They really must prepare a good improvement.
