Yet at the end of the day, she was still loved, appreciated, and respected by her students. People aka haters were complaining a lot on Lisa's mentoring, yet not even the trainees themselves made faces nor complained a single bit on Lisa's way of teaching. Because at the end, all they experienced was worth it. Their skills and stage presence improved a lot. This is how every job should be done. Not just do it with full sunshine, but with the right take of professionalism and understanding on the art of the task too. Look at Lisa's status now in China, she is among the top highest demands and among the most well loved artist in the country, even if she is a Kpop Idol. It would be interesting to see their skills and different mentoring strategies side by side. Lisa has a very blunt and cut to the chase type of style of teaching while J-Hope teaches with guilt tripping and practice. It would be interesting to see their skills and different mentoring strategies side by side. Lisa has a very blunt and cut to the chase type of style of teaching while J-Hope teaches with guilt tripping and practice. Not saying either of those techniques are bad in fact I think they are both useful and effective but it would be fascinating to see a side by side comparison.
