    Executive Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities. In charge of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, comfort, aesthetics and general maintenance of guestrooms and related areas, public areas and exterior, restaurants and function rooms, guest laundry, dry cleaning, flower room.
    Plans, organizes, coordinates and supervises functions of above mentioned areas through supervision, direction and motivation. Responsible for training of staff and making suggestions to Management for instant and planned annual purchases (Budget).
    Supervision. Exercised over All Housekeeping staff. Responsibility & Authority for clean, safe, comfortable, attractive and well maintained surroundings of stated areas, staff training and motivation of Housekeeping employees. Position ensures compliance with HOTEL' SET STANDARDS.
    SELECTS STAFF, sets up and oversees ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING for subordinates, ensures their thorough understanding of relative house-rules, evaluates their performances and provides recommendations on transfers and/or promotions. MAKES ROUNDS of the hotel at any time of day/night performing random checks on housekeeping personal's work assignments to ensure with HOTEL'S set standards. Is responsible for effective interdepartmental communication as well as within the department. Keeps all employees informed on significant aspects of the hotel, communicating with all levels of workers.
    Develops standard procedures for routine tasks to enable employees to develop consistent work habits. establishes inventory records, and controls. Involves employees in planning, effective use of manpower and finding new methods, mechanical aids and products to ease and simplify housekeeping work. SUGGESTS to Management annual budget requirements (supported by written, justifications) on Room and F&B Linen, textiles, carpets, soft household items, uniforms, guest room supplies and equipment, and handles the approved housekeeping budget under Management's supervision.
