the road @10 min 54 seconds is it open ??? when we went this was dug up and not permitted for any tourist but only the locals. Even TN registered vehicle is not permitted unless its OOTY registered or if you know any locals in person.
You mean the masinagudi - Ooty road right, actually it has some restriction sometimes they didn't allow you to because of the weather,also from Ooty - masinagudi they don't allow because it's one way
@@Tripooly. either ways they were not letting us. The junction was dug up and left like that for many years. After watching the videos I got to know it's open. We did that stretch between 2000 - 2008 or just before the 6am-6pm rule was enforced. Before that we could travel al what ever time there were no restriction
