Wow! Both what do you get for your money homes were beautiful. And a pool home for under 450!😮 I'd like, if you can include, the 1,2,3 or 4 rating of the golf course so I know how challenging it is. I don't even own an 8 iron. All my clubs are odd numbered. 🤷🏻♀️

Great show as always! I’m wondering why you didn’t show the lanai and backyard of the Chitty Chatty home? Getting more and more interested in learning how to golf thanks to your golf segments. Never thought I’d say that, lol. 😂
Hi Jana and Cameraman, is Bella Vita in the former Augustine's location? If so, that was our favorite place to sit outside and observe the Spanish Springs town square at night. The HOTW is really appealing, love the neutral interior color scheme! We almost purchased a VERY similar one, (an Allamanda, I believe) that was turnkey AND had crown molding everywhere (including the main bedroom closets and toilet room) and it was walking distance to Manatee Rec Center, on Ridgewood Path. It was a VLS listing. It was almost identical to this one, except that it had dual closets in the main, and a split bath, with the double vanity straight ahead, toilet room on one side, and shower on the other. Believe it or not, the asking price was somewhere in the neighborhood of $259,900. We offered $270k, but we lost to a cash offer, that was in 2018. MY ONCOLOGIST GAVE ME THE "ALL CLEAR" YESTERDAY! SO VERY HAPPY AND GRATEFUL!!! Thanks for another fun video!
