Ted and I were going to attend an Abba show a few years ago in TV, but it was cancelled. Afterwards, I wondered if it was a hologram show, because their schedule showed that they were playing in different parts of the world, every day, that would be very hard to do. For example, one day in TV, the next day in Denmark, the day after that in Los Angelas, then China, then Nashville, etc. I saw a Brad Paisley show here in OH, and he did a duet with Carrie Underwood which I COMPLETELY thought was real only to find out the next day that Carrie was a hologram.
Mallory Hill CC was the very first restaurant we ate at in The Villages when we came for the first time in October 2020. We are there again about a week and a half ago. I got the same thing as cameraman, except I got the rice pilaf instead of potatoes. I really enjoyed mine. My greenbeans were pretty good. It was a bit rainy so we ate inside. I'm looking forward to going back and eating outside. House of the week is just about prefect, if only we were ready to sell our main home up north. I agree with cameraman on putting in that wine chiller. Mine would fit perfectly.
It’s such a nice location, we really want it to be somewhere that we could go on a regular basis. Cameraman is impressed that someone actually agreed with him, he said he is not used to that.
I just love this house it is beautiful. Cameraman does a wonderful job. He is absolutely right about putting in wine bar. Only changes to this beautiful home is the carpet in living area has to GO. Formica counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms has to GO. Otherwise this would be my home. it’s beautiful !!! Love the Garage and outdoor living. BTW what is the interest rate? I heard it went down
Thank you. I agree with you, I would want the carpet and counter tops replaced. Because they are both in such good condition it’s not something that you would have to do immediately. Unfortunately I can’t quote an interest rate on here because I’m not a financial person, I think that they have gone down a little. Try googling it and hopefully get the most up to date rate. Cameraman wanted to sit outside-yeah, that was never gonna happen!😅 Good episode! Suggest you go out to The Florida Cracker Company in Webster for breakfast or lunch. Very good.
The sound at Mallory hill is good, inside the restaurant was very noisy so we went outside. The sound at Boosters was compromised because the music was so loud. Going outside wasn’t an option, It was turned down as we left. So it was a problem but I’m sure the restaurant will get that right when they officially open. Hey, with all due respect The Villages is way overpriced does a lot of places around there and even in Tampa Bay that are closer to healthcare and have a lot more to do in the area and don't have the HOA and the maintenance and the ccds and all that fees that you guys have how much Floridian and I know that place is just seems to be like a ripping off people overcharging them
When people buy a home in the Villages they are also buying in to an exciting and unique lifestyle. We also have our own Health care system, which speaking from a personal point, it’s the best I have ever seen. With many locations around the Villages including Hospitals. There is even a High School for workers family’s that is ranked as one of the best in the country. When the Villages do something it is done right and also well run. The recreation facilities are the best offered anywhere in the world. More golf courses than any other community and most of them included with the amenity fee. Over 3000 lifestyle clubs each week. There are more than 150,000 people living in the Villages, they all decided to pay a little more for their home and benefit from and enjoy the amazing place that is the Villages. Some people decide to buy elsewhere and that is their prerogative. However, most people, including myself choose to live here because it is a fantastic and awesome place and quite frankly its excellent value too.

Everything you have up at The Villages you have in the Tampa Bay area you can go to but not paid the amount of money you guys are paying up there. You guys are coming up on almost 800 houses for sale up there in The Villages 6 months ago you only had under a hundred that kind of speaks volumes
