Thank so much my good man. My tag lights went out and I parked my RX330 for a month cuz I thought it would be way harder to do-- seems things started getting more difficult in the mid 2000s. But that was easy to do and you explained it well Tested my new bulbs and now it's street legal again. Thank you so much.

My mechanic replaced the bulbs yesterday but took off the other piece of trim which is clearly the wrong thing to do because it's very hard to get back on without taking the other trim off as well.

Yes I’m from Cambodia. I don’t think Lexus or car dealers in Cambodia charge per hour. I think earn commission per car sale.
$80. an hour here in WA as of 2021 and they charge a one hour minimum.

YOu did not say to turn bulb housing counter clockwise to remove and clockwise to reinstall, then you did not say how to reattach gate panel.

Why would you want to make your licence plates as bright and shiny to the authorities as possible? - should put dimmer bulbs in there not brighter ones!

License plate lamp bulb referenced as common spec 168, 5W, E type. Yes, would help to mention specific LED replacement but refer to OEM spec should help.
