@@ohmaigod2 Yeah that was another dealbreaker, thats pretty cheapskate of the company to save money for the few who wont redeem the offer. I didnt like blasting my legs with my modification until it arrives. So back it went ;)
@@piyber4 Theyre being cheapskates, even the $800 “upgraded” version of this mower at Lowes is still 163cc! Same motor yet $300 more? Lol no thanks! I took the Toro back.

The Toro is running at a much slower RPM. It needs increased. Smoke like that is usually the oil is way overfilled.

I have a 2013 TORO recycler with the 190cc engine. Don't understand why TOTO uses the smaller 163cc engines in their newer mowers.

Use a velcro strap to hold throttles
