Where did you get that claw for removing the oil filter? And can you get the filter off without the claw?

How do you open the hood? purchased a 590 -2023 and they showed me everything except how to open the damn hood.

You can grab the area directly at the center of the back of the hood…near the steering wheel and lean the hood forward.
However, my dealer recommended that I face the front of the machine and use one hand on each side of the hood to grab the side air vents and tilt the hood forward that way.

Hey Joe, what about the two grease fittings on the deck hinges? There’s two that are on the mechanism that lifts the deck up and down by the warning label? Does yours have those?

I have hydraulic lift so I don’t have those fittings. Yours has manual lift with a pedal?

How would he know that off hand? Look it up or call the dealer. It will take you 5 minutes vs waiting for him to have to do the same thing and get back to you.
