⅓ Cup Moong dal - ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ
⅓ Cup Rice - ಅಕ್ಕಿ
⅓ Cup Green Grams - ಹೆಸರುಕಾಳು
⅓ cup Ground nuts - ಶೇಂಗಾ
⅓ cup Chana dal - ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಬೇಳೆ
⅓ cup Urad dal - ಉದ್ದಿನಬೇಳೆ
⅓ Masoor dal - ಚೆನ್ನಂಗೆ ಬೇಳೆ
Green chillies - ಹಸಿಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ
Ginger - ಶುಂಠಿ

I tried it with the available ingredients at home..... I added little ragi, foxtail millet & black chana too. ... I kept the batter overnight for fermentation.... And didn't add any soda powder.... It turned out very crispy like chips
