Had the 1985 version (orange). Bought it brand new when I was 19. Put 18,000 trouble free km's on it in 3 seasons in Central Canada. Hard to get more than 7 months riding a year but I always tried to get at least one ride a month even in December, January and February. Wish I still had it.

I put 40,000 hard miles on mine in 3 years, wore it out.
Yeah they sure are great bikes, surprised they only made them for a couple years.
@@LakemanADV In US market it was replaced by the water cooled NX 250 & 650. Newer isn't always better.

Awesome bikes for sure, I'm in eastern BC so I feel you on the shortened riding season. Tough to find parts for these things is the only issue.
