Me and my sister are identical twins and we get social anxiety when we are out as well! When we’re not together it’s worse we walk with our phones in our hands avoiding eye contact with people and when we are together we’re a bit better, I think it’s because as a twin growing up you have strangers stopping you or staring at you both and you grow up with the anxiety of people staring and you think why are they staring do I have something on my face? We start to panic and stress out! It’s the worst feeling and we try everyday to overcome this fear but it doesn’t help when people just stare at you and your twin when you’re out and about haha. We totally understand you girls ❤️❤️

Chicken noodle soup - roast a chicken - spice it heavy
Save the juices from the roasting tin
Cook some noodles
Strain the juices of the chicken once cooked -
Fry some onions , peppers, carrots in a pan once cooked add seem water
Then the juices - calculate the flavour to water ratio - a little more spices a cheeky chicken gravy granules
Then pull chicken off the bone and all ingriedients to a bowl etc
Spring onions, Croutons,
yes more chicken juice is better if planned go chicken stock
