Yes it has but speed limiter blocks around 270 km/h on the odometer which is 255-257km/h on GPS (fastest spped I registered on my GS460). You feel it because the engine still accelerates strongly and blcks suddenly. But here on the video the driver certainly put on manual/tiptronic mode, because normally at that speed in 8th gear you are a bit above 5000 RPM.
@@SoussmeboulesThis is completely false... the factory speed limiter is set at 149mph(240 kph). This 460 has the limiter removed in order to hit 160mph/260kph. The car hits 260kph at about 6000rpm in SIXTH gear.
@@FAKEGSF Well you guy try to explain me I am wrong, this is funny. This is my car, I believe I know it better than you. The GS460 is limited to 240 km/h in the U.S.. I live in Germany and in Europe this is 250 km/h (only GS 450h from years 2010 and 2011 are limited at 240 km/h while I think it is 210 km/h in the US). Plus you say 6000 rpm in six speed. The GS460 has an 8 speed automatic gearbox, while GS430 has 6 speed. Just look at the 2 videos on my profile. When I drive my GS460 at 260 km/h. In the last video it passes the 8th gear at 5000 rpm just 1 sec before I slow down. It was at 6000 rpm in 7th speed. The other video has bad quality but you still recognise the 5000 rpm area. In 8th gear the engine hits the speed limiter at approx 270 km/h on the odometer with slightly more than 5000 rpm.

I know what transmission it has, top of 5th gear is around 230kmh. You can easily reach 260kmh in 6th gear, It happens at around 6100rpm for me. You don't even need the 7th gear till over 275kmh. Try using the manual mode.
