Hey all, while waiting for a few certain games to release I decided to give Starfield a try. I would've loved to be there on Early Access Day 1 but was abroad for a family wedding. (Imagine getting married when you could be playing Starfield) Anyways, the intro can be a bit slow, where I can't talk much but I also didn't want to skip over it, so if you want to get more into the meat of the video I've added timestamps and recommend either starting at 00:13:50 - Leaving the outpost or 00:30:03 - Exploring Kreet Also I'll be keeping a close eye on this series to see if people like it, but I also have plans for more of my regular series to come back in September :)
Heyyy man great vid as usual, at 1:03:25 you could have jumped up onto the ledge, they added mantling in this game so you can grab onto ledges and climb up them
Stumbled upon this video by accident looking for what the Starfield gameplay was like - subscribed as soon as the video ended. Can't wait for the next one :D
This one was incredibly enjoyable and genuinely helped me relax after a long day. Keep up the fantastic work, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the next episode in this series especially
tip: introvert is ok with robot companion :) also you can have a crew but the introverts perk only activates when going on adventures u the first who chose Professor XD I really like the camera shutter cuts 😁
When you're in your spaceship, you can choose your landing spot using the scanner without having to access the menu. Just like flying to other planets or quests, everything within the spaceship can be selected directly with the scanner, eliminating the need to go through the map.
Stumbled upon your channel thru the Stellaris Roman Empire series, watched the whole thing over the course of a few months, actually helped me cope with stress from finals last school year, glad to see new content is still being uploaded
Finally, a playthrough that we've been waiting for. Btw, how's the movement & gunplay with controller? I play on PC with mouse and keyboard. But I am curious how's the game handling with the controller. Sometime I just want to laid back and playing with controller. Cheers!
So in the first combat in this video I used a mouse, and then in the combat at the facility and the end I used a controller. Controller felt very good to me so I think I'll actually stick with it weirdly. I play FPS games regularly with M&K so I never thought I'd say that, but I think its just built for controller based on how it feels. Quick swap menu using d-pad and the radial main menu indicate to me its designed for controller first. Same with space flight, its much easier to use the dpad to select power settings than using the arrow keys while also using WASD.
I am soo ready for some Darren immersion and hopefully the occasional hot take. Heard.there might be a few too many loading screen. But will be good to get your take.
14:56 he said the wind is loud 🤨??? WHY/HOW? YOURE IN A SUIT with radio communication lmao. Its like being in a car. Unless they got crappy suits for space lol. Oof.
man i cant waith to build my own ships in this game my naming them is going to be nasa space program names but i dont have any money and i still need to lern how
Well 1 month ago since you made a Satisfactory video, isn't it about time. You started playing Cityskyline and now Starfield. If you don't want to finish Satisfactory, then please let us know.
Yeah the Satisfactory series is going to be restarted next week. I'm not continuing the current save, it became too big for time reasons with certain projects, too slow for performance reasons, so I'll be starting a new fresh series next week, but will be using everything I've learned to go through it much faster than before.
There’s no “skill” in holding R2 in NMS and aiming up. But my advice to you is try not to be so angry. Also game is on game pass too if you think $70 is too much.
This game might just be 2023’s most dated and repetitive bore fest I have ever played. After shy over two hours I got a refund from Steam. Now I can watch you play this crap for free.

In the time honored tradition of RPGs, Darr3n immediately becomes a relentless loot goblin.

Love how you took the time to read and taking your time. The editing as long as it is necessary won't be so bad, as long as it is not to overdone.
I really hope you keep playing. I love this game but I have neither time nor the hardware necessary to play it, so I live it vicariously through you!

@WhatDarrenPlays if you kill the roaches you get nutrients, I believe.
Are you able to play with mouse and controller in the game?
Yep, theres also an option in the settings to allow you to quick swap between the two.
@@WhatDarrenPlays thank you love your videos
3:57 super realistic oxygen not included.
Do you have to be online to play?
14:56 he said the wind is loud 🤨??? WHY/HOW? YOURE IN A SUIT with radio communication lmao. Its like being in a car. Unless they got crappy suits for space lol. Oof.
I assume their suits have audio pass through so they can hear creatures in the environment or other people/pirates not on their radio channel

Guys dont forget to turn OFF film grain effect game will look much better, it is unnecessary pice of crap
Think I peed a bit when I saw this ha ha
for the algorithm
In NO MAN's SKY -- VR or NON ...you have to actually fly the ship out of the atmosphere.. no skill needed in STARFIELD
There’s no “skill” in holding R2 in NMS and aiming up. But my advice to you is try not to be so angry. Also game is on game pass too if you think $70 is too much.
Well, I think this game is expensive so I will see that justo to not have to buy it .
It's on game pass as of tomorrow, could be worth getting it there

Cool! Look forward to it releasing one day :P
