Put the power box in the middle of the pool so it will go back and forth. I have a 40 X 19 foot oval and no problems. Also before starting, level the cord out in the warm sunlight. It will become more flexible as it warms. Of course the water will cool it down, but it still tangles less if you don’t begin with it tangled. I do the same after the cleaning so it is easier to coil for storage.
I’ve had mine 4 years and had to replace the drive belt this year as it broke! I love this vac! My pool is 44x24 so it takes almost 4 hours to go through a cycle. Considering the size of the pool, I clean out the insides each cycle. The button that holds it shut takes some getting used to but I have zero issues. The trick is pushing the button firmly with 1 hand and pulling up with the other.
Hi thanks for sharing! Looking for a video on how to replace the drive belt! ours just broke:( did you watch a video for it? was it difficult? thank you!
I have the same issue with the latch release. tip it up and look underneather and there is the little catch that the button is supposed to release. you have to use your fingers to release it. a pain in the butt for sure!
Is there a way to get it to run automatically every day or something? Once the cycle is over, it’s off until I manually restart it by unplugging and plug again. The latch is annoying af too? Who designed it like that and said that’s a good design? Anyway, I have to use 2 hands to get it open each time.

Thanks for posting. Lock is really a pain.
Yes it is
The power cors twists around itself real bad. Can't straighten it out. Anyone know of any fixes?
Yeah mine does that but it's not too bad

It has to be manually turned off then back on after each cycle.
I’m having difficulty releasing that latch
Yeah me too! And now mine has finally died!
Have you had fan stop working? Mine isn't turning on.
Fan still works on mine, just the wheel has broken on mine
You trying to release that was crazy. Just use two hands. It’s simple.
👍
I wouldn’t pull it it by the cord, definitely will break over time.
Yeah I try not to
