This guy probably is cooking on the Celsius scale. That’s close to 400 Fahrenheit for his 200. I cooked mine at 350 for 35 minutes and it was good.

Was the oil Vegetable or Canola oil? It didn't look like Olive Oil. It also seemed like a lot of oil considering the amount of fat in the sausage.
it is vegetable oil (sunflower oil).
Only bachelors with roommates will notice the potatoes in the sink and sigh at privileges of having your own place and not have to worry about a dirty dink.
