I have some random no-name watch I got ages ago, and this was the first search result for zeroing chronographs. To my amazement it worked exactly like on this Tissot, you're an actual wizard.

Changed my own battery on a PRC 200 chronograph for the first time last night and ran into this issue once the everything was sealed back up. Got very nervous that i had either caused damage or would need to pay to take it in after I tried to avoid doing that by changing the battery myself. This worked perfectly. Thank you much! 👏
