I’m new to embroidery and have the Se600 and it works wonderfully! Until I walk away 😂 the machine KNOWS when I’m not paying attention/if I walk away even for a second. Thank you for the felt idea! Love you videos!
I know this is an old video, but I just got my machine new grandbaby on the way and have a friend wanted a beanie done. I was intimidated by the stretch on the beanie. and you made this look so easy glad you talked about the stabilizer. I will be going to your site.
very nice, I'm a beginner with embroidery, I had a Brother SE 1900 for about one month and decided to purchase a Brother pr670e, watching people that have the back will help with my confidence. I'm a retired soldier and my body is beat down so I decided to take up embroidery. Good video.
Thanks for the refresher. I learned some new techniques. You are so correct about not leaving your machine unsupervised. I have the BROTHER 800. Purrs like a kitten and I keep it well oiled. I digitized my designs by Sew Art. You are also spot on about what stabilizer to use. You keep going at it, Brotha. I will keep at it on my side and keep watching your videos to keep learning something new
I'm fascinated by how you positioned that hat in that small hoop. I'm trying to follow this because I didn't even know this was possible. Thank you for sharing!
Love your videos! You inspired me to start making my own embroidery videos of what I do with my embroidery machine. So thankful for this youtube community and how much we can learn from each other!
I'm just getting started with embroidery. Love the videos! You did an outline stitch but I cannot figure out how you did it. Can you show how you made the machine do that outline stitch? Thanks!
Just saw your instructional video. You did a great job of explaining and answering all my questions of what to do. Thank you. Make more video on the SE625.
hello, so you basically did 3 placements stiches? One with the stabilizer, second on the beanie, and third on the fabric? Sorry got a little confused and Im soooo new at this. thank you in advance
Hey can u convert a logo into a design for a brother sewing machine. The brother SE600 to be exact? If so how much and how long will it take you to do it?
I believe he stated 2 1/2 inches for the ones hes making so if its for a customer I would ask them a range between 2-2 1/2 depending on the size of the beanie also since theres different sizes.
Is it possible to setup both hats in hoops and stitch the first color on both. then the second color on both? or do you have to do all colors on one hat at a time? also your videos are awesome. thanks for all the details.
@@NeverDenyMe I was thinking for a machine that has a 4x4 limit being able to knock out multiples faster. But that video was great. Gives me the right idea. Thanks!
Love the channel bro, learning alot from you.... but I am an avs fan and still alittle bitter about last year. Lol. J/k bro, keep up the great tutorials.
@@NeverDenyMe I'd love to get some beanies made with my band logo on them. The cheapest I've found so far is something like 34 beanies for $250. I actually don't think that's bad, but it's a lot to invest for just one item, that may or may not sell. I'd rather get, say 5-10 of them to test the market at our next show.... which is June 4th. Who's gonna wear a beanie in June? haha
Greetings just come across a brother doing a marvelous job, so I subscribed right away, question do you ship to Jamaica I would love to get those clips order
I've been following your channel for a while on my main YT channel. I'm just now about to start making my own embroidery content as well. Thanks for inspiring me!
Can u just pick a picture from online and updated it to a drive and it will start the embroidering of the picture or do you have to convert it someway for the picture to be embroidered?
Good question I hope he answers, but I would imagine no stretch don't quote me I've never done a beanie before. Just watched more of the video, Amylia Leann he said at about 5:10-5:16 "and what I try to make sure I do is not stretch the beanie too much otherwise it's gonna be kinda crooked and stuff like that when you do it" So there you have it not to much stretch.
Still on fire in the new year! Gotta holla at you when we make it out to Vegas. But before that....I guess I just need to get myself a Brother SE625 :/
You can use cut away stabilizer and obtain your hoop a 4 x 4 hoop if you have one with the metal attachments then you attach it to the frame that’s about it. Designs are about 3 inches depending on the hat.
Awesome work man! Honestly just found out about you about 5 days ago but immediately subscribed! I just got a Brother PE535 3 days ago with the hopes of making keychains, beanies, and possibly hats for my clothing brand. Just having some issues. Trying to embroider our logo “Noise District Apparel” and the stitches just don’t look very smooth. Was thinking maybe the digitizing software could have caused it? I just decided to do a test and embroider an image of a dogs face and the stitching looked a lot smoother than the text of the logo. Any idea what might be happening?
NeverDenyMe thanks for the reply! See I’ve tried it from 2” to 3.5” and it still looks about the same. I guess maybe the quality of picture I’m working with could be the issue. But kind of going along with that, I see you like having a full solid bottom layer on your design, do you think that might possibly help get the words to come out cleaner?
Maybe try one of the default images that come with your machine as a test to see if that messes up too!? If it does, you may not be using proper stabilizer, or thread tension may require adjustments. Keep practicing, you’ll figure out what works best for you. You can also try Brother support. They may respond with a suggestion you have not yet tried.

that's a great idea putting a fabric/felt opposed to a solvy stabiizer or a knocked down stitched. thanks for the tip.
I watch a lot of embroidery/ sewing/quilting/etc.... you are VERY GOOD at this... VERY GOOD...I will watch more of your videos! Thank you

Felt idea was clever. Very nice embroidery.
I'm just getting started with embroidery. Love the videos! You did an outline stitch but I cannot figure out how you did it. Can you show how you made the machine do that outline stitch? Thanks!
I created the file that way. I make all of my designs from scratch. It's not a feature on the machine.

Are you able to buy bigger embroidery hoops for the machine?
the Brother SE625 has a maximum embroidery field of 4x4. You cannot use bigger hoops on it.
Love the channel bro, learning alot from you.... but I am an avs fan and still alittle bitter about last year. Lol. J/k bro, keep up the great tutorials.

Hi. I have this machine but I can't seem to figure out how to get the placement stitch. Please help
Do you just lay the Beanie down, or do you stretch it out before you lock the hoops in place?
Good question I hope he answers, but I would imagine no stretch don't quote me I've never done a beanie before. Can you embroider hats with this as well?
This is embroidery
How do you patches onto Velcro do you glue it or sew them on?
If you still are Embroidering you need to start pulling your thread from the top when switching colors you can wear out something within the machine

Yes you would change the bobbin to match the designs … always 🤗

how do you use the Brother SE600 to embroider on a baseball cap?
Stay Tuned 🙃
You can use cut away stabilizer and obtain your hoop a 4 x 4 hoop if you have one with the metal attachments then you attach it to the frame that’s about it. Designs are about 3 inches depending on the hat.
Clean
How many colors can be used in a project.
Are you turning the hat inside out?
Yes
So, does the machine stich from bottom to top?

cool !
I have the SE600 and every time I try to make a shirt with a simple logo it kept messing up.

How much u charge to digitize?
