I've got this knife in M390. Its so light weight its incredible. I love the KME mirror edge I put on it. There are blade centering techniques using a cotton bud and follow a specific screw tightening sequence.
When I first saw a Spyderco, I thought they looked weird. The minute I used a Spydeyhole, I decided I didn’t like thumb studs. I just ordered a Para 3 Salt in Magnacut. Looking forward to getting it.
Great detail review!! And, your the only one who ever did mentioned compression-lock patent expires 2021!!! My just purchased an exclusive Para 3 LW in, fun, Teal colored scales & more importantly steel in S90!! Perfect compliment for super lightweight EDC, while still compact & stout!!
Great review. I also own the P3LW and the blade was perfectly centered right out of the box on mine. It even stayed centered after I slightly loosened the pivot to improve the action. I love the P3LW. My favorite piece.
I have a Para 3 lightweight whose wire clip kept popping out from under the fastener head. So I replaced it with a 3rd party “spoon” clip. Otherwise, I love the knife and carry it everyday. Great knife review video..!
Great review. I just picked up the native in maximet. Your video is great in piinting out the features. First knife with maximet. Extremely sharp out of the box. Lol forward to seeing how it ages
Great review. I have the P3LW and also just got a Native 5 LW. I’m surprised how much more refined and just an over all quality of the frn on the native. The frn on the P3LW has sharp edges.
Yep, the lightweight versions grow on you. Funny how you think they are cheaper, then you start to appreciate how easy they are to carry around, especially in the summer.
Is it common to put a washer on only one side? Or was Spyderco cheaping out? Wouldn't it make sense to have a washer on both sides?? Is teh PM2 the same? Are all Spyderco's like this?? YOu never mentioned...

It’s still at the top of my list. Really great knife. I’ll look up the centering technique and make a video. Thanks Lance!
It's light as a feather yet solid at the same time
Excellent video. Very well done. You are very knowledgeable and detailed. You covered every aspect of the knife very well. Thank you

I like Spyderco lockbacks too since they’re easy to disengage

This in magnacut is my favorite knife!
I'm not aware of a Magnacut version yet, where did you find that?
Thanks for showing the action inside
Just picked this knife up from blade hq! Waiting for it to get here. Got the light weight version of the g10.

Thanks man, nice review. And Nice Shirt too!!
That is a proper review.
👍
I applaud you for the use of a dial set of calipers verses a digital set of calipers like everyone else! Great informative video!
Excellent Video ❤
Hello Wes, thank you for very informative videos. Could you link where you got your HRC tester. Thank you, please continue with more videos.
Excellent review, ty!
how do you feel this type of lock would do in sand swimming beach environment with that comp lock ?
Thanks for this dude! And appreciate you considering us lefties! :)
Love this knife
My para 3 Lw is in m390 and black frn handle. Is the best edc Spyderco ever made! Only knife I like more is the waypoint.
3:16 say it again brotha. say it again. i think we can all agree ;)
This knife felt cheap when I felt how lightweight it is. Then i started liking it more
