There were some little mistakes or missing info on the E-Champ part:
1. As others mentioned: Exactor is 6s to hit (not wound) go straight to MW
2. The -1 to wound is only against melee attacks
3. The transhuman with shield crest (Stratagem: Overcharged Shield Crest) is only against ranged attacks
Great Video. Small edit, extractor goes straight to mortals on 6 to hit.

Extractor relic is on rolls of HIT the 6 turns into mortals. :D
He's especially amazing with the kronus WLT. Can 1v1 knights.

Wait is this two detachments in the list that was exampled? I thought you were still limited to 3 heavy support data sheets per list and this has 4.
Isn't it a hit roll of 6 for the exactor ?
You made a small mistake with the Exactor relic it's on the hit roll that it does the mortals not the wound roll.

Votann are easily the least fun army to play against for the other person at the table from their special rules and abilities no longer mattering.
First and worst
