It's actually insane when you actually think about LeBron's longevity... not just in the basketball sense, but in the ATHLETE and SPORTS ITSELF sense. This man is still putting up around the same numbers he did 18 years ago, has spent more time in the NBA than outside of it, and is nearing the year his OWN SON may get picked up in the draft. Literal insanity.

    • @lamefart

@@lamefart you’re right Lebron wouldn’t have benefitted from illegal defence so players couldn’t pack the paint because you know he’s not as efficient from inside the cylinder. He also wouldn’t have benefitted from hand checking as a 6’9 260 lbs man for his own individual defence. He definitely wouldn’t have benefitted from a shorter 3 pt line either, oh and it’s not like he hasn’t been playing for 20 years and thrived no matter what era you call it throughout that tenure…lol y’all sound dumber and dumber everyday

I truly believe this is exactly why they say Legends Never Die. When we talk about the greats all em guys have not only exceled in their positions but they also fed that knowledge to the ones coming after them. The way the game has transformed is a direct relation to that and has been nothing short of amazing and being alive to see so much history being made is a blessing. This brought a little thought: how about you create a video in which you elaborate what the Cavs' front office should have done during LeBron's first stint with them? We keep hearing that Cavs' front office was a mess and couldn't surround LeBron with enough help. I was just wondering, what kind of moves or trades that were ACTUALLY feasible at that time but the Cavs passed on? I think there's noone that has explained it just now.

You must’ve missed the infamous story about how they refused to get Amare Stoudemire due to preferring to save money. You really believe a team with Lebron James on it couldn’t do any better than attaining Mo Williams as it’s best player outside of Lebron? Lol There’s a clear blatant difference between the front office moves in Lebron’s first stint compared to his second one and there’s an obvious reason for that…

@@DJ-ys9pv yeah I couldn't recall much that happened in the NBA before 2010-ish period and I would assume that younger fans would probably experience more or less the same thing. Since Jimmy is a huge Bron Bron guy, I don't think he would oppose to this idea 🤨

I gotta admit LeBron James and Cristiano Ronaldo being nearly just a month apart and the same age and what they provide in terms of athleticism and longevity at this level is absolutely insane. Big props to them for maintaining their bodies at such a high level for 20 years.
