Just learning Pilates, and got a reformer a couple weeks ago. I’m using your videos because your instruction and speed suit me well! Today, I was able to stand on one leg while putting lotion on the other leg and foot without needing to lean on anything! Whaaaaaaat? Didn’t think my 51 year old body would ever do that again! Thank you!!

I' love all your classes. But just today I was working at the desk all day, so I didn't think I was going to be able to exercise. I decided to look for a shorter video that would allow me to stretch and relax. I was delighted! I feel very happy, I exercised, I really enjoyed the session and I feel relaxed. The stretching was a delight! Thanks

lOve, love, love your workouts. I just purchased a reformer 2 weeks ago. Took classes at Club Pilates during Covid but the expense & the travel (38 miles) cost a fortune. I like that you explain what body parts are affected and where the exercise should be working. AWESOME ! The ladies at the Pilates Centre tend to get sloppy. You're right on Pointe :) Thank-you.
