you could use a deep conditioner as opposed to a normal one but it’s not recommended to leave conditioners in overnight. they stop working after about 30 minutes honestly so overnight won’t do anything
you shoudl try a hard water shampoo, the malibu c one is great! the small bottle is cheap but the bigger bottle is worth it in the long run. everyone has hard water unless you have a special filter on your shower head.
Girl I don’t think you necessarily need to shave your arms. I like the fact that you haven’t shaved since middle school. If your mans or yourself is okay with it, then don’t do it. Besides I’m African and I never knew anything about shaving legs and arms till I came here. Having hair on your body as a female was seen as beauty in my country. So I’d say do what you think is okay for you

i also gave high porosity hair and i love camille rose products!! you should try their cocoa and mango butter deep conditioner mask😊
the products are a little more expensive butttt you said you don’t wash your hair that often so i think it’ll be a good investment lol

If you haven't washed your hair for 1 month, then you absolutely need to wash at least 2 times (maybe 3).
Do you use a water filter? If so from where? I think that's what I need, to prevent dryness.
