Blended or rolled oats, but you can use quick oats. Basically you want your oats to a creamy cake-batter-like consistency. I use old fashion oats and let them sit in the refrigerator overnight with double the amount of liquid… milk: water or even apple juice. [1/2 oats to a cup of liquid] add peanut butter and banana then bake according to directions. 😊

Important to note with any product that’s marketed as low sugar or sugar free. That’s why xylitol is in some peanut butters, it’s a sugar substitute.
