Can we just appreciate what an amazing work Brian did on the Marvel movies? The soundtrack for Thor the Dark World is one of my favs of all time. This man is just amazing, bringing us all the magic of the movie through the music!!!
I highly recommend listening to his Children of Dune soundtrack, it is epic and is echoed so strongly in Thor II. and the vocals are just....everything is just so beautiful.

Loki has the actors act out his fake death in Thor Ragnarok that took place in Thor Dark World.. Also it's funny because details matter. And in Thor Ragnarok where the actors act out his death, the chior in tbr background are singing the song from thor dark world.
I used to work at the Thor meet-and-greet in Disneyland, and this score was played on repeat. It never got old, and I still listen to it from time to time. Many thanks to Brian for making work pleasant when it could have been awful!

It starts and you're like....OK, energetic, building, then at 0:19 the entire ensemble thunders as one and blows your mind. What fanfare and power. Amazing.

Brian Tyler is one of the composer in film industry that write in a Zimmerian-styler, but he does it with good tematic material. The music is recognisable. Where Hans Zimmer didnt manages in MoS with Superman, Brian did manage in Thor. This is great. Love those melodies.
These two songs are two of the best to ever come out of the MCU. If there's ever going to be a Thor 4, I can only hope that they resurrect them for Thor's last movie.
