Do you have to keep your computer running at all times I am asuming since you pay Nitrado for the service they run it for you and you don't have to keep your pc powered on 24/7 ?
You might have the server set to allow Epic/Steam players to play. You have to change that setting to Steam Only for the mods to work. Epic Games does not support mods yet.
I play on aberration and I've set it to override 5, I still get like random levels like 10 and even level 5 dinos. I have restarted the server many times and destroyed all wild creatures and nothing changed. Does anyone know why??
Yes, if you choose Xbox One when purchasing the server. If you chose PC by mistake, I'm sure you can message Nitrado support & they will switch it for you.

What caused the server to wipe? I have 12 of these servers with 70 player caps running constantly with no problems. Almost every unofficial Ark server is also ran on Nitrado pretty much 24/7.
@Orbanjo Gaming idk I've done everything they told me to do and nothing worked and they just told me it seems it's at a loss and to reinstall and server and hope for the best

Is there a way to keep the world you built on regardless of map after you stop paying for the server? Does it convert to a regular host world?
You can save it to your computer. I've done a video on it, you should be able to find it pretty easily.

Yep! You can also set an admin password that can allow other people that you trust to use admin commands.

How do I select the island? I'm using the Xbox nitrado app. There's only 2 options for ark but they both say fjordur
Once I purchase the server on the Nitrado app, I usually change the settings for the server on the Nitrado website. Hope that helps.
You'll be able to change the map to whatever map you want after you purchase the server.

They have like a 2 week or a month grace period that allows you to either renew the server or save the game files to your PC

I don't think you have to. It sounds like nitrado hosts the server, and your PC just runs the settings, but not required to be on 24/7
