    Great video and thank you for sharing. Doesn't seem all that different from my base mantis.

      2 inches shorter, a bit of a bumpier ride 👍

    May I ask what the suspension like compared to the lite plus? Could you also do a maintenance video for the Mini? What's screws and adjustments to check for first and long term use? We would love that. Thanks

    • @ChargeandScoot
      @ChargeandScoot  4 роки тому +1

      The mini is a rougher ride than the lite plus but the mini doesn’t bottom out like the lite plus, I might do a maintenance video soon 👍 I pretty much take out each critical fixing (in to metal) and apply blue threadlock to be safe that will prevent bolts and nuts coming loose (most are already done but like to do it myself anyway), on every scooter I’ve had now at least one fixing has worked loose after riding from new 🛴👍

      @@ChargeandScoot many thanks. It makes sence. How much would you say the suspension is stiffer (percentage wise). Would you also recommend this for a daily commute reliability wise? Thanks

    • @ChargeandScoot
      @ChargeandScoot  4 роки тому +1

      Only issue I’ve had so far is a flat tyre, yes I would recommend it, it’s kinda portable (not the lightest scooter but can fold and pickup) plenty of power with good brakes and suspension, the suspension is quite a bit stiffer on this but I do believe you can adjust the springs by slackening off the bolts 👍🛴👍

      @@ChargeandScoot lol was just asking because when I commute to work (14 miles a day there & back ) it’s all downhill & flat , just on the way home there are few hills I got to go up ( live in Rhondda valleys see )have got ninebot max version 2 does the job ( normally use drive mode / 2nd gear to get to work & sport mode to get home . And normally have 20 - 30 % battery when get home ) but it does struggle on some hills , espically if it’s windy . got loads of trails ( up forest/ mountains) around my area which I would like to take it on but lack of power / torque makes it near impossible . Would love to have wolf warrior ( was eyeing up the wolf warrior x ) but at moment I think I will be getting mantis mini for my next scooter 🛴 within next few weeks , cheers keep up good work

    Have you noticed with the mantis range on the 10 and 8 the stem seems to have quite a bit of flex on It especially when you break? And find your self having to tighten the clamp after riding it for abit?

    Awesome video!! Those back trails how do you find them and how tired were you afterwards?
    I tried to purchase this scooter and they sold it because of a stock error but, they made right and gave me a whopping 150 pounds off a dualtron eagle which is literally insane to ride!! I also own a Kugoo Booster! Both of these scooter are comparble in specs!! However I will tell anyone always go for the battery pack that has the best battery cells! Another thing to note the controller algorithm is superior in the dualtron. Therefore is goes further, less battery dip, and the power is consistently true to what the manufacturer state!!

    I think I got scammed , I bought a used mantis 8 dual motor , from a shop and the first three bars go down very fast. I haven’t gotten the time to test the full range but it looks like it won’t even do 10 miles .

    Nice video! So you got 15 miles range on mode 3 (dual motor) on a very hilly route and you're a 115kg rider? So would you say the range for someone about 75KG is 20 miles? Cheers
