Can you provide any facts to back up your claim that the masses are neglected in the WC ?
For example , how many schools in the WC have pit latrines compared to the rest of the country ?
FYI , WC did away with pit latrines about 6 years ago.
However the rest of the country has about 3000 schools using them The ANC run Department of Basic Education doesn't even know which schools are using them.
