To begin in a dark abyss and travel to a conclusion in a dark abyss is a poetic statement representing an undeniable human perception; perhaps even a fear, experienced by "religious" and "non or anti religious" alike. What occurs after one enters the final abyss does not concern N.K. in the same way that it did not concern the Buddha. It is the interval in between that is of absolute importance; that shining interval.
