Indeed!🤩 When the machine is this fast, it truly lies on the operator to try to master its speed and power, to optimize the production through the machines raw capacity!😅
Hi Bernhard, I think with that mountain of rock in front of you, or behind you whichever way you turn, your boss should call the Cat dealer and arrange for a 6015 demo for you on this job. Each one of those trucks would be leaving after 2 bucketsful.😜👍 The articulated dumps would be going after one bucket full, or they would be rerouted to a smaller machine. Looking out your front window it looks like a Cat dealership out there so it should definitely involve a 6015. Once you all try one , you will go back to the old saying BIG is BEAUTIFUL. All the best Bill W.
Hi Bill!🙋♂️ Hehe, i have always meant that big is beautiful, so we sure the same opinion! However, this particular project would be to small for a larger machine, one would need a lot more material to move than 700k m3’s, just to make the transport profitable..😄 Well, I think I would slam 3 bucketfulls on the trucks and 2 on the ADT’s, can’t watch if a truck would leave with potential room for more material..🙈😂 I think the 6015 are delivered with 8,5 m3 rock bucket for rock over here, so there would be possibilities in theory when it comes to passes to load!🤪😅 Our ADT’s load about 24 m3’s, the trucks haul well over 30 m3’s! I do have a small problem though .. It is difficult to get anything larger, when we keep track of what 3 drill rigs and the blasting crew can produce..😝😄 But I hope for a really large project in the future, then we would have to consider something more volume!😅👍 Hehe, we do have some items from Cat, indeed!😄👌
@@norwegianearthmovers With the kind if work you do I would think the 6015B would be too expensive to operate and transport. What differences did you experience between the 390F and the 352 machine?
Hehe, we have the same opinion! My management do see the same.😄 I guess that a 6015 should be transported to the one location it is meant to work at, and stay there until it’s due to replace! We are careful about when and where to transport our 390’s as well, even those cost a fortune to move around! 😅
Sorry, I forgot that question..🤭 Oh yes, they can’t even be compared! The 352 Next Gen and the late F model are also very different, the new one is indeed a next generation on a new level!🤩 The hydraulic is hyper sensitive, motions are set to play with just i miner movement on the levers! The only thin that I can say is the same with the 390 and the 352, is that the hydraulic has the same electronic valve control! The 390 is twice the seize, but the 352 are twice as fast - at the same time that it’s much stronger and less tiresome to operate than its predecessor!! Top notch!!👌🤩
Thank you!🤗 You are correct, there is a dual tone air horn added here in Norway!😋 The reason is simple, enough noise don’t give the truck drivers the excuse of not hearing the horns!😅 The factory horn simply doesn’t sound loud enough..😄
Hehe, the amount of passes to load, do have a pretty large impact on my day!😅 It is exactly twice the effort every load, 8-10 passes on the ADT’s and 10-12 on the trucks..🤪 My head thinks that I can load as fast as I’m used to even so, so I struggle more with myself mentally, than I do with the excavator..😂
Jepp, it is slower, but we still got the wheels rolling! Better to keep them going, than to park the trucks as well, when the 390 breaks down!😉 It was up and running the next day!
Hi!🙋♂️ Well, there is not any large difference between a 349 and a 352 F beside the model name, beside some minor improvements that needed to be done on the 349!😄 Unless we’re talking about a 352 F XE! This 352 Next Gen, is a completely new machine, developed from the successful systems in the 352 F XE!🤩 A 349 E, has ordinary pilot hydraulic controls, an old kind of system that requires hydraulic hoses all the way to the joy sticks. Otherwise the 349 has no extra systems, it is mainly a good old fashioned working horse!😅 This 352 on the other hand, is packed with ground breaking technologies!🤩 Electronic controlled hydraulic that results in far more efficient use of the hydraulic oil, making the machine both more productive and far more comfortable to operate, as it at the same time only consumes 2/3’s of the fuel consumption that the 349 E and the 352 F required!😋 The cost per ton is on a completely new level, as this machine produces so much more as it has a average consumption at about 32 liters of fuel/hour compared to over 50 liters/hour with the 349!😍 This 352 is a all new machine, new chassis, new cab, new electronic hydraulics, built in weight scale with production measurement , built in 2D grade system that’s easily upgraded to 3D GPS machine controls++!👌 Check out the video I posted after this one, to see the machine from outside!👍
Hehe, I had to put it to side, an injector broke..🙉😅 It is currently stationary due to both the injector and something else we have planned to repair for a while now, but I got another 390 yesterday!🤪 Just had to put it together after transport first, so I had one and a half days in this 352 while waiting for the other 390 to be completed!😉
Spectacular 🥳🤸♀️💃💕🇯🇲

Cheers from Texas.

Good go
Great video. I'm wondering why the excavator has two horns though? Sounds like the factory horn and an added air horn?
