love it. And I would LOVE if they did a slightly different layout. Love a dedicated shower, not for the obvious but the hanging of wet gear or sandy items from the beach etc. Their product appears to be amazing. Thanks for the tour !
John. Thank you. What a great video walkthrough of a company van build. I loved it. It’s so great to see the behind the scenes. Thank you again. Outstanding!

I’m going to continue to maintain that standard rockwool is superior insulation for vans. The R factor is huge and the sound absorption is awesome for a van.
I really wish they would put in a dedicated toilet like the Revel and a bigger fridge. I know Storyteller with their top-notch quality would do an amazing bathroom .
Not having a dedicated bathroom with walls is what allows the Storyteller to be much more spacious and open. It’s not trying to duplicate the Revel floor plan. Best thing about the portable cassette toilet is that you don’t have to use it in the van; set it outside when camping conditions allow.
@@TB-em6dy I would agree. I have no plans to use my portable toilet in my Stealth. There are plenty of better options on the road (gas stations, public restrooms at parks, grocery stores, etc.) and in the woods.
Agree, yes there is more space , but what for? If you don’t have more than two people full time in the van, then it’s just more seating that isn’t needed. Also, the Revel loft bed and garage area is better as that space is more useable and versatile than the STO Murphy beds that cur the vertical use of the garage I half and add clutter to each wall. BL, there are pros and cons to each van, a hybrid would be great!
Would like to see a removable fridge in the storyteller overland, as seen in the new pleasureway recon. Modular and reconfigurable is what is best IMHO. Then again I probably wont be buying one for another year or three....

Hi , I love your videos ,just I bought a Sprinter van and try to figure out what I want on my buyet ...Can you please give me more detail about de Insulation they are using on those builds .Thanks
Great video. I don't know why they wouldn't spec the wheels and tires that they need, straight from Mercedes Benz, instead of getting every van with the wrong wheels and tires, replacing them, and then having to find someone to take the old ones. You gave them credit for not sending them to a landfill, but with a little effort, they could do better and get wheels and tires that meet their needs from the OEM with the vans.
So many people that use wool for insulation also use Kilmat or some similar product for sound deadening but Storyteller seems to just use wool without the sound deadening material.
@@TB-em6dy I've seen quite a few videos of one-off builders who also use the Kilmat before adding the wool. Since Storyteller knows a thing or two about van building I'm now wondering if the wool alone would work just fine without it.
👍I appreciate this video. 💝 👍Interesting...I’m paying close attention...I’m not filly convinced yet about all of the hoopla lip service people give the Storyteller. I hope I like it.🤞

Is there a reason why no insulation is over the wheel wells or maybe it gets installed later on down the production line? Did not see that specifically in this presentation.
Nice job, looks like a quality building operation. I haven’t done a lot of research but it seems like there would be a market for an extended lineup with the 170 etc. I guess if you’ve got a 6-8 month wait list you are doing something right though. Great job thanks
I wouldn't think you would toss away brand new wheels and tires into the landfill anyway. If anything ship back to the factory where they came from to put on other vans but there is always a need for someone with new equipment.

Not sure I understand. Bigger tires or re-tread tires? 275 is the biggest tire. I would not suggest any re-tread tires

Most larger manufacturers do not do any custom options or modifications. That’s the trade off for the increased availability

They upgrade the suspemtion the Beast Mode only
Where are these vehicles available ? I live in Whittier California
You can purchase from La Mesa RV in California
Would be nice to have dealership in UK!!
Can you buy a van at storyteller direct?
No, you have to go through a dealer.
They really should consider building on more equipped chassis. LED headlights, heated seats, etc.
Is the wool vegetarian friendly?
10:25 - Worker with hand grinder should have safety glasses on. SAFETY FIRST
That looks like a drill driver, not a grinder...
At around 200k a pop that's a lot of inventory
