Being a roulette croupier (not a dealer) is seriously the most annoying of all the casino table attendant staff positions because it can be a fucking nightmare keeping everything straight with all those over-lapping bets. Factor in the drunks, idiots and all the cry babies who whine and I can easily see why she'd look so annoyed.

How the f does anyone know what anyone bet when all the chips are stacked and everyone has the same coloured chips?
there can only be 7 players on the table . well really depends how many diff colors they got. like they are changed from the regular chips their casino has. to roulette chips. either marked up or they are all consider 1. also only one player can play value chips on the inside basically the casinos chips. all outside bets are pretty much self service. anyone can play value there. when the number hits. i put the dolly on top of the winnning number clear outside. then clear the board. then pay outside in from left to right. basically it assigns one player a color chip on the board. the roulette chips

That’s why it’s good to tip the dealer. It isn’t a easy job at all. You have to be good with math but as far as keeping track of the bets. Everyone on the table has a specific color chip that is assigned to them.
