Thumps up not only for the bass but, above all, for Mike Bendy. He is a very good communicator for the brand Fodera and a great bassist which I did not know before. Thank you for sharing bass lines, techniques and sounds!
He played Warwick for over 20 years, that was his signature sound. And it’s pretty obvious that his new fodera’s pickup placement is modelled after his Warwick. I think he’d still be with Warwick, but something went down. Maybe he got pissed that they never give him a signature model, considering he probably helped sell the most thumb basses out of anybody. And you can still find him playing his thumb bass in the studio on occasion.
@@swiftymcgarnagle4567 yeah I've commented pretty much the same thing on Warwick's channel. I remember talks about a vampyre signature model, maybe they weren't prepared to let him represent the thumb. Either way like you said he single handedly sold more thumbs than any other person at Warwick and forever immortalized them. It's a bit silly they let him get out from under them.
I always get pumped when I see this channel on my feed, much love Mike

Great review, thanks Mike
Great Jaco impersonation beautiful tone
What a tone! Beautiful.
That bridge pick up is a killer
Wow! Everything in this video is great.
Great mike
Wowsa! Look at that hardware!!!! Passive mode no preamp-nice ;)
The Jaco groove is a variation on Tommy Cogbill's bass line for Funky Broadway.
Great player
I don't see that bass option on the deposit page. That bass is killer!!
email info@fodera.com to inquire in the meantime!
Mike BENDY does it again! Smoother than a Puma cheating at backgammon.
B string!!!! Whoa......
But what is the frequency +/- of the mid control? Can't find any of that info on the Fodera website.
I'm beginning to understand more and more why Martinie chose to go with Fodera over Warwick
This is what I have been saying since day one!!
