I agree that this is a good looking SUV; however, I don't like the shelf inside the car. There a couple things about this car that, to me, don't make sense. The first was mentioned in the video. Where I live in the US, the Limited trim is not available with the second row bench. Isn't the added seating the whole point of these vehicles? The other is that in 2016 LED or HID headlamps are not available on any trim level of this car. My family's 2005 Mazda 3 S has HID headlamps. When you do a lot of night driving on dark roads, you really appreciate the difference that those make. Hopefully they will correct these mishaps for 2017, but for now I'll take a Sorento.
Can you run the air conditioner longer while kids fall asleep in the car than a gasoline version? Also is the air conditioner in Highlanders better than cx-9? thanks.
+Richard Ting Yes, for the hybrid model, the engine runs way less when just sitting with the climate control on, probably a quarter of the time. I didn't notice if the AC was any more efficient or cooler on the CX-9.
Minor powertrain changes in the 2017 model... In addition, I don't think Toyota is going to lend 2017 models to people to review when it's not in the market yet even.
The Toyota highlander will outlast in stubborn solid reliability between those 2 Mazda, and Hyundai as u mentioned. My friend nothing beats Toyotas outstanding reliability.

any issues with your highlander hybrid so far? thanks.
is there other highlander w /o sunroof?
5 grand kids. Im looking for a nice used one myself
Ain't no way
The 4 cylinder is a waste of time / money.
Absolutely considering the fuel consumption is the exact same.
@@nickhesterly9961 they did the same thing on their Toyota Venzas, 4cyl and v6 same gas mileage ... no reason to get the 4 with less power
You said it look masculine? it look more feminist crossover to me. I think the 2008 till 2013 model was way better looking.
This would have been more insightful if it were abt the 2017 model that's coming soon and not the 2016 model.

it wasn't best look in the market. Mazda and hyundai better
Will last twice as long as those cars
