It´s a real awesome guitar. I have changed the pickups to Gibson 490R/490T, have used only one Volume and one Tone Poti. The other two potis have been replaced with two Push-Push potis to blend each Pickup seperately from Single Coil via Humbucker to "serial+Cap". when the Push-Push Potis is in up position, the two Pickup Coils are switched parallel instead of serial for a humfree nearly single Coil sound. It is a "development" of my own. Important is, that the pickups are split so that the adjacent coils are used, when both pickups are active in Single Code mode to achieve the nasal Knopfler Sound.
