Imperium of Mankind is fascist, but that just is the Warhammer world. You are not supposed to ideologically agree, you are supposed to roleplay, and roleplay as a villain. Whoever you choose to play as. And as a badass.
lol imagine seeing an all-consuming galactic-scale race of space ultrabugs that are a literal threat to all other life, and going "hmm yeah, that looks like me and my identity group"

I have the Gears of War "gear and skull" logo tattooed on one side of my head and the Nirvana smiley on the other. I got them mainly cause I'm a tattoo artist, but for aesthetic reasons AND a deeply held belief in metaphor, to me, I am a gear of war in that the resources I consume are unwittingly the reasons people start wars. It reminds me to be mindful of where I'm getting my sustenance. The nirvana tattoo is because I'm a 420 friend 😁

The spiral into being a fanatic for all these new fans injected into the WH40k community is immaculate ❤️🔥✊. Welcome brothers and sisters! Ave Imperator! . . . . . . . . . . . . . Whispers* "Hydra Dominatus" 😏😉😈
If you see a real life race of people and compare them to a fictional species that whose whole purpose is to destroy everything and everyone one and say they are the same. You need to take a step back and look at yourself. Then ask if you are in fact the one who’s racist.
One of the reasons the comment by the Saber CEO is causing issues is because Games Workshop, the company that owns 40k, has been pushing politics for years. Essentially then Saber CEO said the entire project was a refutation of GW's current policies and the game's been wildly successful so they can't just ignore it.
funny he says that in the intro bc there are female fans of the wh40k franchise, not those posers who pretend to be "fans" to push DEI 💩on us but actual fans like myself, though i will say i'm a fairly recent convert considering i only started paying attention to it after the fan made "Astartes" short film came out, i dont have the bottomless wallet to spend on the board game (even if i have the skillset to build and paint it) but i will gladly fight and die for the Imperium.
Hell yeah, it’s people like you who are TRUE fans of the series, and can appreciate a piece of media without feeling obligated to change it to fit your world views.. it’s a fantasy world, why would we want to make it more like real life when the whole point is to ESCAPE real life?!
Going more with the food analogy that everyone runs with triple a games want to be these amazing multi course Michelin star meals but the problem is those are cool and interesting but ultimately they are not filling. Sure they fulfill a role but after having only them for so long you begin to crave that nice meaty burger that is going to make you lean back and loosen your belt. Games like SM2 are that burger that you can just enjoy and we need our balance back.
i just beat the first space marie game for the first time, now next pay check im gonna pick up SM2. game looks sick and the first one was so much fun even today, its funny how we cant just have a good game without it being a controversy, and the timing of SM2 coming out shortly after concords epic fail makes it so much better. just make good games
Nux, if you read these posts, please either react to or watch on your own time to Arch's video "Is the Imperium Fascst?" You two honesty would bounce off each other well, and he's extremely good at highlighting the specifics.
The other terrifying fact about Tyranids is, the ones we are currently seeing, up until now, are theorized to be scouting fleets. We are fighting 'navigators'. This entire time.
"In the sunless body of our Hive, the flock of the faithful grows. We are guided by our Great Father's sacred vision, protected by his loving hands. Within these holy shadows, we dwell, while the impure bathe in spire-top starlight. And what lies between those stars? What sails beyond those distant suns? Shrouded in night, borne within that eternal black: Our redeemers, our Gods -- truer than the silent, long-dead Emperor -- the Children of the Void. We hear them in our dreams, we feel them in our blood. They call and we will answer. We will rise and claim the engines of labor that have bound us in servitude. This world will burn. It will be cleansed, purified, made ready, and the Heavens will deliver our reward!" -Unknown Genestealer Cult Magus
10:10 your forgetting that they specifically waited until the proper invasions began before deathstar ing the planets as to get the tyranids to waste resources
Just a correction here Nux, there are 1,000 space marine Chapters, including the Ultramarines. And each Chapter has 1,000 marines each. And according to Guilliman himself, only 100 marines are needed to take over a planet.
I think in new lore, it was pointed that thanks to Belisarius Cawl, now there is double the amount of space marines. But it's still just a drop in a water. Space marines alone would not really change anything if not for Imperial guard. Also100 marines taking a planet... This depend what they fight, against tyranids or necrons you can send even 10k and that could still be insufficient.
@@Mastercio The Tyranids will just eat the 100 Space Marines along with the planet and the Necrons will laugh at the 100 Space Marines compared to the millions of undead soulless tin skeleton robots. Plus, this would've been before Fulgrim slit Guilliman's throat, and disbanded the Loyalist Legions to chapters.
i think one of the most ironic parts of Warhammer is that the only Race that would acknowledge Diplomatic talk. is the Orks... but the talk would be along the lines of. "our culture is War. The expression o' War. The innovation o' War. we don't fight to live, we live to fight. do us boths a favor. do wha you needa do and bright yo A game"

Some of the best times and gave me during those eras. Even transformers war for Cybertron had three player co-op online that was tripping
Nux is someone I want to look over a game before release. This man is so based and full of lore he'd be perfect to review a script or game.
I agree, my favorite part about Concord was how successful it was 🤣🤣🤣
Take all the time you need for your big Warhammer video. We all know you will do right by the Emperor!
My brother under the god emperor, Everything is overpowered and the lasgun is so weak BECAUSE we have already killed everything that couldn't stand up to it.
My first thoughts on completing the campaign was that the plot was exactly what it needed to be.
Dreadnaught "Lead me to the slaughter!" line had me giddy, not gonna lie.
Nah Fr then bro one shots a fucking Heldrake dragon (I think that’s what it’s called it’s a demon from the warp, and a chaos space marine combined into the body of a dragon..)
@@theredpillneo2296
"THAT ABOMINATION IS MINE!"
@@theredpillneo2296 I think you meant Hellbrute. Carmine dragons are actual dragons from Fantasy not 40k. At least I found no reference to any other kind of carmine dragon
@@varvariiin hellbrutes are the big dudes that we fight as a mini boss, the taken over dreadnoughts.. Heldrake is the name of the dragon so thank you for making me check n fix that lol
@@varvariiin Iv been doing way too many lore dives lately 😭
Damn, never felt like a man this much before in my life. No worries about the "Women are not welcome here" part. I enjoyed the video anyways. It even made me feel nostalgia, thought I never played games with bros. Maybe it's just the way that Nux talked about it, but I don't really care because this video left me with a warm feeling in my heart. Idk why but I actually felt like one of the brothers fighting for the Emperor if that makes sense. Thank you for bringing this feeling to me❤
FOR THE EMPEROR!!!
I remember army of two the nostalgia of my own incompetence and naivety
btw the way weshammer just release ultramarine deep dive and thats realliy good
maybe you can check that
Anything for the Emperor and I swear Charlie made like 10 videos about this game and for good reason
Once more i have come to pray for lord nuxalore to react to the orks vs kroot video and the lore on trazyn the infinite
Literally getting Warhammer ads on this video lol
Day 34 of asking Nux to do more lore reactions to Middle Earth. I recommend Nerd of the Rings.
it reminds me of having fun with bois on left 4 dead 2. just a few guys goofing around and shooting zombies and having fun.
Dont forget, Chairon is technically disabled XD
As one guy said on the helldivers discord
“There are two wolves inside you.
FOR DEMOCRACY! FOR THE EMPOROR!… and sometimes there are three… WERE RICH!”
Space marine 2 got me to consume warhammer 40k lore, big W
Imperium of Mankind is fascist, but that just is the Warhammer world. You are not supposed to ideologically agree, you are supposed to roleplay, and roleplay as a villain. Whoever you choose to play as. And as a badass.
Tragic villain backstory? IE Magnus
Magnus did nothing Wrong
he was told to do nothing
and he fucked it up
@@BIGBOSS-bu1jtyep but I think the emperor was a bad leader and father for it
lol imagine seeing an all-consuming galactic-scale race of space ultrabugs that are a literal threat to all other life, and going "hmm yeah, that looks like me and my identity group"
I'll never forget my friend's face when i explained to him the population in 1 hive city is more than the T'au population in their entire sept 😂 this game made me yap a lot
There nothing more badass then fighting a last stan with your brothers. SECOND COMPANY WE HOLD THIS GROUND IN THE NAME OF THE PRIMARCH!!!
THEIR NUMBERS KNOW NO END BROTHER!!
Nux I heard you like villians. You should look into Judge Holden from the book Blood Meridian. Trust me you will learn of true evil once you hear his speech
15:20 preach brother nux... I mean every time I'm reading or just watching anything related to Warhammer 40k or fantasy. I turn my brain off of those political views and what not.. and just let this grim dark universe get a grip on me.. and I love it. From the day I start knowing this universe back 2013 up till now.. that excitement still the same.
Barabas Dantioch is a Loyalist Iron Warrior who was friends with a member of the Imperial Fists Alexis Polux. Rivals turned Friend, which is pretty based
*Spoilers:
Come on....Titus and gang beat an ascended sorcerer with a tzeench disc, with help from a giant demon lord, inside the warp, CANONICALLY!!!. He could destroy darth vader by just looking at him. Darth vader doesn't have a chance against warhammer40k, this game proved that beyond any discusion.
the squad is an ultramarine (Titus) a salamander (chairon) and a white scar (gadriel)
Did any of you read about what happened in the 34th millenia in the Warhammer universe? Honestly, one of the more underrated battle in the franchise - it also inspired a new rule in the inquisition named after the space wolf general Flashion Ian - if you wanna read more look up Warhammer 34 rule inflation space wolves
The spiral into being a fanatic for all these new fans injected into the WH40k community is immaculate ❤️🔥✊. Welcome brothers and sisters! Ave Imperator!

Or am I
I think Nux quoted the sisters of battle in his virginity rant.
Comparing Jews to Tyranids is wildly racist poor tyranids just tryna eat man
If you see a real life race of people and compare them to a fictional species that whose whole purpose is to destroy everything and everyone one and say they are the same. You need to take a step back and look at yourself. Then ask if you are in fact the one who’s racist.
Nux are you going to get some of your own minis? Youre into it enough. Its fun. Get your Necron army going.
One of the reasons the comment by the Saber CEO is causing issues is because Games Workshop, the company that owns 40k, has been pushing politics for years. Essentially then Saber CEO said the entire project was a refutation of GW's current policies and the game's been wildly successful so they can't just ignore it.
STILL waiting on more Primarch deep dives!
IT IS A GLORIOUS DAY BROTHERS THE EMPERORS LIGHT SHINES UPON US FLEEKAZIOD JUST DROPPED A LEGENDARY WARHAMMER 2 VIDEO A TRULY MOMENTS DAY
funny he says that in the intro bc there are female fans of the wh40k franchise, not those posers who pretend to be "fans" to push DEI 💩on us but actual fans like myself, though i will say i'm a fairly recent convert considering i only started paying attention to it after the fan made "Astartes" short film came out, i dont have the bottomless wallet to spend on the board game (even if i have the skillset to build and paint it) but i will gladly fight and die for the Imperium.
Hell yeah, it’s people like you who are TRUE fans of the series, and can appreciate a piece of media without feeling obligated to change it to fit your world views.. it’s a fantasy world, why would we want to make it more like real life when the whole point is to ESCAPE real life?!
28:46 Dreadnought Dave was my favorite thing towards thw end of the Tidus campaign
Leutin remains the most hard core 40k lore channel. Nux should check him out.
Critical said he got necrons
SPOILERS FOR DEADPOOL&WOLVERINE:
Alexandra Kasavova another great villain, she is just evil, outright evil. Nothing bad about it.
Kharn and Ahriman is my goat in Warhammer
Warhammer 2 reminds me so much of Gears of War so much cool story for both series
Nux please, Check on Chiapas Cain character, he is a commissary of the Astra Militarum. But there is twist to him XD
i just beat the first space marie game for the first time, now next pay check im gonna pick up SM2. game looks sick and the first one was so much fun even today, its funny how we cant just have a good game without it being a controversy, and the timing of SM2 coming out shortly after concords epic fail makes it so much better. just make good games

Nux, if you read these posts, please either react to or watch on your own time to Arch's video "Is the Imperium Fascst?" You two honesty would bounce off each other well, and he's extremely good at highlighting the specifics.
Courage and Honor 🎖
The other terrifying fact about Tyranids is, the ones we are currently seeing, up until now, are theorized to be scouting fleets. We are fighting 'navigators'. This entire time.
Oh... that's pretty OP to think about
The game that we really needed
This is the earliest I've been a video
It will be cleansed, purified, made ready, and the Heavens will deliver our reward!"
-Unknown Genestealer Cult Magus
10:10 your forgetting that they specifically waited until the proper invasions began before deathstar ing the planets as to get the tyranids to waste resources

I recommend to you video called History of Humanity in 40K by Oldman reacts its a fantastic video about WHY THE IMPERIUM LIKE THIS.
Just a correction here Nux, there are 1,000 space marine Chapters, including the Ultramarines. And each Chapter has 1,000 marines each. And according to Guilliman himself, only 100 marines are needed to take over a planet.

@@momqabt you’re laughing pretty loud for someone Witchbolt range
Wait a minute what do you mean. Are you saying that no other race use diplomacy or am I missing something
there's a lot more than 9 chapters of space marines out there
