Ok, the holidays are coming (gosh, already!) and I binge on lobster all season long - my birthday, Christmas, new year’s - but I’m going to have to get some this weekend - I can’t wait til Christmas after watching this video. My stomach is literally growling right now….🦞 And you used smoked paprika! My favorite! ❤️

I don't mean to be shellfish but I would eat all 4 of those while you watch ! I think that may make you crabby. According to Mags you spelled lobstah wrong. I'm questioning why you decided to do lobster, I guess you did it for the halibut! Puns done !

The pink meat is from a female lobster. She was an egg layer and should not have been caught. Completely safe to eat, but for sustainable practices egg layers are usually thrown back to keep the population up. Great recipe though!!!! Subscribed!

@@CookingWithCJ the classic way is sweating off shallots, garlic, the add a glass of white wine so they ssteam open, take them out put them to the side, then add some cream to make a sauce and pour it over. normally done in a saucepan, but not sure how in the grill. Maybe justing the bottom pan on grill would do it.
