Not really. Shonda was entitled to feel how she felt because Katherine was disrespectful. And lets not forget she also had issues with Seth Rogen when she was blasting that project. It's good she matured and she didn't deserve to be blacklisted like that but the project owners do not owe her apology

All these comments saying she was paid million and is complaining about a 17 hour day. She was never paid millions on greys, the only woman who was is Ellen and that took over a decade for her to get.

There’s a theory we learn on labor economics that more money is not worth more time, someone that doesn’t have money thinks that’s justified but once you have a certain amount of money, you get diminishing returns if you spend more time doing something.

I just basically felt like everyone was making a big deal about it and all dumping on her like she was the Devil. I took her side and have ever since. I am not saying she was perfect or handled everything perfectly, but I just like her as an actress. She talked crap about movies she made publicly. It makes it hard for people to want to work with you if you are going to publicly slander the project. Just like I cant go on twitter and publicly bash everywhere I have worked and expect to have future employers want to hire me. She was very blessed with success and made millions so its hard for people to sympathize with her complaints. We all have complaints but most of us understand that if we want to keep our job we cant slander where we work publicly.

My grandma used to say “if you don’t have anything nice to say, then say nothing at all”. Completely disagree. She didn't have a bad attitude. She had standards. Everyone needs to figure out their standards before they enter the work force. If you do not set and know your standards, this world will suck every fiber of energy and health out of your body. And health insurance is not designed for the amount of medical debt that can be acquired from getting sick through self-neglect.
In medical billing, all I heard were sick people telling me how much they regretted prioritizing work over their family and health. It's really sad. So good for her for setting an example.
And when you're making millions, what is the point of suffering? She had enough to buy herself a little oasis in Wyoming or wherever she is, and be happy. I'm proud of her. She made the right decision.
