After I toured the model I said the same thing to the builder rep about the interior design and I also asked him about the paint color in the living room (because I loved it!) and he said he didn’t know. I’ll ask another rep to see if they can find out though. I’m happy to discuss some home options with you so you know what is out there. Would you want to have a conversation this week?

The incentives are unbelievable!! I’m shocked! Giving blinds, refrigerator, and washer and dryer? Wow! The blinds alone will cost a lot

some nice entry-level floor plans for the first time homebuyer who doesn't need or want to be in the immediate Columbus Metro area. Only 25 miles south of the city is a nice compromise in order to get affordable NEW construction single-family home with four bedrooms. Very nice indeed ! Mike
