David, I too am guessing the front small room in front of the kitchen/pantry is a "pocket office". Oftentimes Bob Webb has a "messy kitchen"/scullery in their custom homes but I'm thinking they saved some costs. Also, saved costs by having carpet in bedrooms (even master) vs. hardwood. Nice to see hardwood in finished lower level instead of LVP. A gorgeous home indeed. Mike

The smaller room next to the mud room by the garage can be used as a 'zoom room' by all the work from home folks.

You show beautiful homes I love most all of them. What I find quite shocking about almost all of them is at these prices I would hope to expect wooden shelving in Pantry's and closets and all I see is wire racks

I LOVE fisher home’s home. They are good quality at a price point of a WAY lower quality Pulte Home. I wish there were more Grand Estates from Fischer as these floorplans are amazing!

comment #2.....I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in this "model home" by M/I. For over $713K it has plastic floors on first level, no trim around any of the windowns in the house and the low baseboard trim is also disappointing. For $200K in options (over the $513K base price for this model) I would have thought the finishes (also in the kitchen) would have been more premium. The 2nd floor loft is nice, but I'd prefer a finished lower level to keep the noise isolated from the rest of the house. Mike

I'm pausing the video to comment on the first house. Just beautiful !!!! I agree with the master shower....should also be frameless shower too in a million dollar + home. The downstairs is gorgeous and I love the layout. One thing I really like is that they completely finished the 3 car garage. So many times the drywall is not at the finished level so it's very nice to see. Okay....on with the second house now....Mike

David....this is one of my favorite videos you've done. Gorgeous homes. Absolutely love the 2nd home....the kitchen and the Messy Kitchen ar gorgeous. I'm normally not a fan of white ranges but that high end range looks spectacular with the white cabinets. The Messy Kitchen is to die for. For the price points, I only wish they installed wood floors vs. the LVP. At almost $900,000 I would expect wood floors. You did a great job with all the houses on this very fun tour.
