Thank you for posting this video. I have the Lonset slatted base, but on the Sagstua instructions in the box, it wasn’t clear that the plastic plugs apply only to the Luroy slatted base. This video cleared this little problem very nicely, and saved a call to Ikea.
Excellent! Exactly what I was thinking but wasn’t sure so Ty for the video. I hope everyone comments and likes so you can be rewarded for your hard work of showing us! ❤
Very useful! I bought the rigid slats and was wondering whether I'd gone wrong somewhere because I couldn't get the plastics and screws into the beams.
Thank you so much for this! Question, why is it you don’t want to overtighten the screws? Won’t they get loose? The way I’m setting up my bed it would be extremely hard to get to the screw area after so I want to make sure it’s as secure as possible
If the screws are metal and furniture metal if you overrun the screw they become useless same apply to heads of the screw if the top is gone hard time to get them out or in.
Thank you! I just saw this response for some reason but I’m about to actually assemble this finally and noticed something concerning. The metal side rails that support the slats curve down slightly (don’t make a flat 90 degree angle). Is this normal or did I get a defective one? Don’t want to have to bring all the way to the store if it’s how it’s supposed to be but I’m concerned about it’s ability to solidly support.
Hi All, anyone from India who wants to sell their used Sagstua Bed to me? I want double bed or queen sized one (140cms to 164cms of width). This particular Bed is out of stock and Ikea has removed the listing of it from their website for India location. But I want this exact one, so ready to buy used ones as well.

Do you need a box spring if you have the slats?
Thank you for a nice video tutorial. How sturdy this bed frame is? Is it good enough for two adults?
So you don’t need the plastic screws for the Lonset base?
For LONSET not need

What's the size of the bed frame?
great video!
Вопрос:скрипит ли она как предыдущие икеевские металические кровати?
Do you happen to know what size Allen wrench you're using? I'm trying to disassemble my sagstua and cant seem to find the right size Allen wrench.
I'm in the same predicament! Did you figure out which size you needed?
Great video, skipped the instructions all together. thank you!

انا من سعوديه اشوف فديو اطبق مانجحت ف تطبيق 😂😂
IKEA is really asking alot from normal people to have to deal with this after paying for the bed 🛌
Is it good? Do you have any issues with it
