  • Cleaning up after a horrible job welding using a tungsten carbide bit amzn.to/2Y89tbN or amzn.to/2uf8f0H on the Dremel in tight places on my new ingot mold. Ingot mold is made from 1.5" x 1/8" angle stock as n 2"x1/8" flat bar, 9" long. I should be able to yield about 1lb aluminum ingots from this mold.

Thanks. This is helpful to see what I should expect if I try this technique. I appreciate your taking the time to film and publish.

I welded my ingot mold on the back side. No problems with bronze finding it's way into the tiny cracks on the edge.
