I've been using Ivory White since it was the old 925. I began using it in my Michigan homes because it was compared to the old Rising Museum board used to mat framed artwork. It was touted to be the best color to show off art. I'm an artist, so that is the main reason I've used it. I now live in New Mexico and find it works in my home here as well. It's a little too bright in the sunniest rooms, so I've adjusted by painting some rooms other colors. I always start by painting my entire house with Ivory White, kitchen cabinets, and trim as well. Honestly I think I'm addicted.

Hello Jacob! Every time I watch one of your videos I think I have finally found the right off white paint color! But then the end ALWAYS gets me and I have to start over again!! You know, the part where you state if you have carpet with pinkish undertones this paint color is NOT recommended for you! Come on already! Please, give all of us asking some great examples of “dirty” colors that will go with our carpet😃

What I am noticing with some of the creamy whites is the yellow undertones really come out strong at night, or if you put them next to a white-white trim. Whites are hard.
About to do Ivory White in my master bedroom. I have been searching for a while so I hope this it is. I am concerned though, I want to paint before my new furniture arrives, but hope it will pair well with Ivory White.
Hi Jacob! Cabinets are painted BM Ivory white, and having difficulty choosing a (creamy/off-white) subway backsplash tile that doesn't read pink. Can you make any suggestions?

I have a condo that does not have many windows and the natural lighting in my living room is limited. The hardwood floors are on the darker side. I like the Ivory White color, but will this help brighten up the room? Also, who color should I paint the ceiling?
This. Video saved me a costly mistake. I went to Ben. Moore today and got a sample of Ivory white and linen. I have a north facing room with very little light. I have that beige color carpet you showed. My room is a blue grey right now that I hate. I am wanting to lighten it up. I would have been really upset if I had gotten the gallons of paint. I’m so glad I saw this video. But now, what the heck color do I use ?

Yes ugh we just had our kitchen and dining room painted in white dove! I have Ivory cabinets in kitchen. Dark wood beams and furniture in dining room. It looks terrible. I’m so so stressed. The walls look way too white and grey undertones. I need Light but creamy undertones. I had Swiss coffee on trim with a orange Mediterranean color on wall. But Swiss coffee went well. I’m sad I didn’t go with my gut and just do Swiss coffee on all! What do I do Now?? Can I even Leave white dove on trim and doors and do a cream on walls to help? I NEED HELP
Hi Jacob.. I love your videos and I learn allot from them! What are your thoughts on... Benjamin Moore Stonington Gray and Wickham Gray walls with White Dove doors and trim. The fixed elements are a cool mid tone gray and cool white. Flooring is mid tone brown(not a red under tone.. Moore brown or expresso, but not as dark). 😊
Hi Tina, I'm so happy for you and I'm glad you're learning a lot from my videos:) It's hard to say if those are the right colors for your home without any visuals of the interior of your home. I wouldn't worry too much about your flooring but the focus should be if those two gray paint colors will pair perfectly with your fixed and furnished elements. White Dove is an interesting choice and I wonder why you picked that trim color? Both of those gray paint colors have blue undertones so be careful where you paint those colors in your home. I wish you the best:)
I picked White Dove because I see only a slight warmth to it on the paint chip.. I have White Dove for the trim and doors and Benjamin Moore Five Dollar Bill for my walls in my bedroom.. the White Dove looks like a cool white in my bedroom..... do you think I should have picked a warmer white for the trim?

Did you read Kylie M. Interiors review of Linen White? She said that it will look creamy yellow when used as an exterior paint. If that is what you're going for, it should look great though.

Hi Jacob I'm painting my stairs, the riser will be Benjamin moore super white and the guy in the paint store suggested Benjamin moore jet black... not sure how I feel about the jet black. Do you think it's too much of a contrast? What colour would you suggest?
Hi Lisa, that's a tough question to answer without any visuals. Getting free advice from someone at the paint store is never a good idea for many reasons. You should trust your gut feeling and I'm sure you're not far off about jet black being the wrong paint color for the stairs. I would never recommend BM Super White with another paint color until I know what the undertones and colors are in the fixed and furnished items of a home. That's just one aspect and there are many other things to consider as well. By the way, you need the right interior decor, lighting, and colors to pull off a black stairway. Ask yourself, what color would go with my interior decor? That would be a good start in the right direction.
