Dude. Keep your hands off the stuff she is going through. Let her do it. It’s so annoying.
I agree
OMGosh he’s telling her to be gentle when he’s grabbing n clinking stuff around.
I’d like him to be more kind to her….he gets too wrapped up in himself!
I wondered if I was the only one that recognized that he doesn’t show her respect. I often wondered why she was so quiet, now I know. He doesn’t disrespect his mom, like he does his wife. He should be nicer to her, since I’m not the only one that has noticed his attitude.
Give the poor guy a break….I tend to get nervous when he’s watching her as she handles each piece as the treasures they are, and clanks what he’s holding.
Jeremy from “What the Hale$” gets a little finger tied but as he puts it, unless it’s sold, it’s his to drop!!😅. He’s right.
If not breaking then scratching
Stfu cause u wouldn't say a damn thing if the tables were turned 😂
Wedgewood is very expensive in the UK and the older designs are very valuable.
Yes, last time I bought a plate it cost me nearly £10,
Please learn more about the items. It’s embarrassing how little you know
Yes, I can’t believe you have been doing this for years and you know so little
@dalewilde6507- yes-I agee he makes no effort to improve his knowledge.
Does anyone else mute wade to enjoy seeing the wonderful things they find ,lol
Yep
Way too many “Guys” and “Let’s Gooo” is super annoying
But love them anyway
Yes. After watching my first few episodes I found myself counting the number of times he said "GUYS". So now I do mute, even then I can tell when he is saying the BAD word !
new to these guys, was wondering if it was just me.. extremely anoiying and fake!!! cant understand 133000 followers?
I
Mute. Can't take his wording or description
Lol, Wade. You found a nice box cutter in the last unit. After all these years not having a knife is just part of your storage videos. 😊
Not hide . It’s tree bark. Worth some $$$ potentially. From the South Pacific. It’s called tapa cloth.
The inner bark of a tree is pounded to make it a larger size. Then it's painted with a natural dye. It's valuable.
I came to 2nd this. These are given out during Weddings/funerals of the Samoan/Tongan cultures ❤️❤️
Ashley is so much better at unpacking/ unveiling. ❤
Gunne Sax (owned by Jessica McClintock) is retired, but highly sought after by collectors for high quality Victorian, Edwardian, prarie style clothing. My sister's wedding dress was Gunne Sax. I had one of the dresses, too.
Hi guys... the wedgewood China Appledore design dates from 1957 to 1992 very desirable and can hold a good price for an amazing set like the one you have.. also the Denby plate holds a good value.. these are great name item's that you should read up on to gain valuable information...
I appreciate you giving personal stuff back. I lost every picture on my late husband and my son when he was little. Great finds today!
Wedgewood is a very good name brand. Beautiful
I love it and glad you give back the family personal items
Wedgwood and. Norditake bone china, vintage.Worth some cash. Lenox too.
1977, was 47 yrs ago.
Only one broken piece.
he forget he is get old..lol...
@@goldmindproductionz7386😂
They have no clue how long ago these toys were popular. I can remember mother buying them at grocery stores and Fred's for younger brothers
That Gunne Sax dress is worth a lot of money! It’s vintage!
I have an original Gunne Sax too! Only worn once.
It isn’t a nightgown . It’s an original vintage GunneSax dress from the 1970’s. Rare and valuable
You would think between the 2 of u you could remember to bring a knife. Not my business but drives my ocd crazy!
Yes keep one in your truck easy put it back in the same place all the time
Like a carpenter who goes to work without his toolbox.duh
Ah....their winging it!
I think he does it on purpose. Nobody can be that absent minded.
Not having one generates more comments. It's their thing
Maybe you should get a tri pod to put the camera on so he can help you?😊
She was a colecter who knew her stuff! Those are all antique and very high end!
Those Trunk is so Cool... You two have great Hearts to return the Memories to the family.
Wedgewood Appledore design selling on E-bay for approx £20 per plate, Add it up guys!!! Congratulations
Great unit😊
It’s a roller skating RINK
those two brown cloths you're throwing around are worth more than anything else in that unit they are painstakingly handmade I got my 24" x 24" in Hawaii cost me a small fortune its called stripped bark or kapa tapa (sp)
I didn’t see him throwing them around they were handling them with care💜
Is this intended to be used as a rug, a wall hanging, or something else? Never heard of this...adding it to my notes. Thanks!
But he told us he’s not a bull in a china shop.
I stopped watching him and the first one back is this. 😑
@@kathyaldridge7171mostly on a wall, or only unrolled and shown on special occasions.
@@kathyaldridge7171These are given out by families of a form of respect during weddings & funerals of the Samoan/Tongan cultures.
You can Google “Samoan tapa” to see some amazing pieces
Great score on the Wedgwood I'm from the uk & they knew what to collect! 💵💵💵🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧mxx
I can’t deal with this anymore. They are so non clue. If I hear him say he picks the best units I’m going to scream. He doesn’t even know what Wedgewood China isGet out of the business
Who picks the best units! Wade....Wade! It's a logo that you will not forget....advertising. Put it on a billboard Wade!
I have to stop watching these video's. Educating yourselves a little could only help.
Love that you give back to the family's
Wedgewood is very expensive and sought after contingent on the pattern , looks like a couple thousand dollars . Great buy !!!
That large brown geometric piece that you thought was hide is a piece of Polynesian tapa cloth. Made from the bark of the mulberry trees, and hand painted with with plant dyes. Depending on which island Tonga, Figi, Samoa, Hawaii, each island has their own designs. Watch movie Moana and you will see tatoo, sailing canoes designs. That piece is very special, handle with care.
I never wanted to have a china set but, now I see the beauty 😍. Maybe we can bring this trend back to life again and have more togetherness in this life
Hey Wade ........that ain't broken, it's mosaic😂😂😂😂
GI joes yes. I had an American, a German, and a Japanese. (60's) I think they were like 11" dolls or something. Never saw the little ones. Newer model Singer in a nice old cabinet. The originals are all metal, the recent ones, mostly plastic. Oh yeah, when we moved cross country; we layered all of our breakable stuff with off season clothes, extra towels. We could not take an inch more, it was acquired at flea markets and thrift stores, which they will have anywhere we move. I'd love to get a set of original Corelle Wear, the old kind. Princess House? I remember having a lovely mismatched selection. I like the fruitbowl. Unlike our gravy boat, ashtrays, and cocktail glasses, which we really don't use anymore. Grandma Venture will be thrilled with the "catch!"
These items were probably packed last .. when moving a china hutch or cabinet…
almost forgotten or saved for last loading.
A very nice find.
I had a trunk just like that. I used it as a coffee table for many years. We stripped the wood, sanded it and put new finish on it. Ours had leather straps on the top and on the sides. The trunk is called a steamer trunk. It was used on horse and buggy and trains as your luggage.
Just what you need, Wade. More knives to forget.
That Norataki set is phenominal! And no chips? Wow!
Noritake! People need to educate yourself because how else will you know how to look into the value!
As the lady she’s very un gentle unloading those bins. Especially now that she knows they wrapped a lot of their stuff into clothes and etc. She needs to be lifting them up gently because some of those plates and bowls are worth lots of money. Very sad she’s grabbing as quickly as she is, I’m hoping she doesn’t break any
❤I think he is hurrying her up
GunneSax dress!!! Those are big money if they’re in good shape. Last one I sold went for $298!
Why don’t you buy a key ring pocket knife . 😅 love y’all Suzy from UK 🇬🇧 xxxxx
Noritake. Every vowel in Japanese is pronounced. Noritake has 4 vowels, so it is pronounced, NOR -A -TALK-E.
My friend's autistic. He always mis pronounces words...has zero patience, talks over people, has ADHD...I don't know these people but it's possible Wade has a bit if something and his wife is aware and lets him treat her disrespectfully because she knows he doesn't mean it, he just gets carried away with these locker finds.
@@mellowyellow2022 Hey, Mellow Yellow! I've watched their channel for years and Wade has stumbled over pronunciation of Noritake all that time. Just trying to help him out. He does ask for help in the Chat. Also, I love these guys....they are on camera sharing their findings as they look for treasures to sell that they sell to support a mortgage, vacations once in awhile, trucks, a bunch of kids, etc. Wade, Ashley, and their mom's family dynamic....they have it worked out among themselves and their business is working for them. That was not me commenting, ok?
@@burroalley9 Oh. I didn't take it that serious. I was agreeing but trying to understand why I get anxiety watching him sometimes😆...I figured, well, 3 or 4 kids later, she must be okay with it. He's like an extrovert and her like an introvert. I could be wrong. 🤷....but no Stan or whatever you call it, on your post. 👍
Very nice unit. Love that first trunk.
Please do some recherches Wedgwood is some of the best China in England. Those set were sold very often for a 12 servings. I wish I could afford the China. It make me so sad that you really don’t appreciate what you find.
Love the vintage storage unit. I'm in my 70's and remember my Mom and Aunt displaying their good china in magnifcent china closets. My Grandmother always wanted a fur coat and would have loved the one you found. Sadly, she never could afford one.
It's a mink stole, not vest
🎉1977 was the Queen's silver jubilee year 40 + years ago 😊🎉
Wedgewood is a china that have heard of from the UK and I live in the US
Gunnesax and Wedgewood. Amazing finds!!!!!
These people were absolutely collectors
Wade you hit the jackpot on this unit! I think that you will make thousands of dollars from the Booze and the china sets!
Gorgeous set of dishes. ❤
You have good luck with your units because your always fair to the family by returning their personal items
Lots of great finds hides$__$$$
Good to see you guys again another good score congratulations ❤❤
Wedge wood great China. Those sets are amazing
I love the fact that you take the time, and care enough to leave the personal items for the family. That, "again" was a great unit! I hope you get your voice bad soon.
I learned about all these different names and values by going to regular auctions and asking questions. You guys could do some homework. I live on the east coast but am more than willing to answer some questions.
Wedgwood bone China sells on eBay $20-30 per piece
I'm sure you know by now that you have a small fortune in this unit. Blessings
Im sorry you're sick, but please treat your workhorse of a wife to a spa day and a very nice dinner. A couple of times a month. Or, whatever she enjoys. But truly, God bless her!!
I think that is a batik piece done with paint and wax
Great finds. Congrats 🎉
My grandma had a couple of those chests. She said they were made to take on ships. Like suitcases.
I liked it! Ashley you were the bomb
!! Great job.
AWESOME!!!
You are sooo lucky . They are worth MONEY.
GREAT JOB, MORE OF GODS BLESSINGS
I have 3 of those chest that i got out of an old abandoned house that had a sign on the front door that said Do Not Enter, Condemned By Demons. I had permission from the owner to have everything inside because none of the family wanted anything, because they thought everything was condemned by demons.
I have 3 of the old trunks that have belinged to my family from years ago. My mom restored a hump back trunk & its so beautiful!!!
Wedgewood is the creme de la creme. Very expensive in u.k. brilliant haul there!
Yall won't like anything Wedgewood, so I'll take the Wedgewood burden off your hands. Heck I'll even pay the shipping, just send it all to me. 😂. Wedgewood really is my favorite china of all! This is a fantastic find! Congratulations!! I'm going to pray God continues to bless yall 🙏🏻
Awesome finds guys
The Gunners Sax dress that you thought was a nightgown is worth between $350-$500!
Nice unit! That one item you thought was a piece of hide, is actually called a Tapa cloth and is made from a tree bark. Great find!
I love your sense of humor! I wish the next video in a series in one locker that has to be continued would load automatically, or be next to watch on the home screen.
That’s amazing!!!
I love her lol. So calm.
Gunne Sax is definitely vintage. Popular in the 60s and 70s.😮 Primarily, Bay Area, that I'm aware of.
Cool finds
Gunne Sax dress is from late60's early 70's
Quite sought after.
From the little bits f clothes we seen, it would have been nice to see the clothes.
Crazy way of packing items like dishes etc.
Don’t chip the dishes and crystal. I cringe when I hear the clanging! Wrap it back up gently. Those 3 blue cups are Blue Willow
Kudos to you as well for caring about former owners….
I feel like they are doing their best! Making money flipping quickly. Stuff is gone and moving on. If auctioning...the price goes up. Good chance to jump on if you have knowledge. Good for you.....good for them! Congrats on the storage unit!
😊💖
Wedge wood can be quite expensive stuff
The fur s are one coat two stoles or capes . Fur is not really sought after unless it’s to make throws or toys out of it
At least in my area of Ontario Canada
Fur stoles, especially mink but really any fur, sell well for me. Fur coats generally take longer but do sell. The problem with fur is that it's often in poor condition--even one break in the fur and no matter how well it's repaired, it will split again. Hence the reuse options...
My grandmother passed in the early 80s, and left a mink stole, but no one in the family wanted it. The whole animal cruelty thing. None of us would wear a real fur.
That hide looks perfect for someone who lives in a storage unit.
That last black chest was my camp trunk back in the 1950's & 60's. Memories!
I learned to sew back in 60s on one of those...sold it years ago....
Wedgewood is a very good make especially the highly collectables
The two large pieces are tapa cloth. Made from bark and hand painted. Probably used as floor covering
31:51 31:52
And wall art.
Good one.
Cheers
Hi Wade Hi to your wife and mom Grandma Ventures
Wedgewood is expensive and Noritake is nice as well. I went to the Noritake sale in Japan when I lived there. It was "insane".
Too much fun!!
Wade, Nice unit! I think I might have spotted something old and rare in the last wooden trunk you opened for just a second at counter number 36:50. I think I saw a brown geometric hand woven "overshot" bed cover made in the Appalachian Mountains at the turn of the century or earlier. They have some value to them! The home looms were rather small so the woven items had to be pieced together, with the bed covers formed from 2 or 3 long pieces. I will try to email my 'sold' eBay listing for the one I found at my local Salvation Army Thrift Store for $15.00. I had no idea what it was at the time but I could tell that it was "something". Please check your email for one with the subject heading 'Bedcovering'.
I have 2 old trunks more than 175 years old!
🎉wedgewood will be pricy🎉
Love the unit 😍 happy to see new video hop you feel better soon wade next video if u remember can i get shout out from grandma venture or you it would make my day cause im miss my boyfriend chris he past away on October 7 last year he just turned 35 he was diagnosed with MD when he was younger I've known him for 15 years and date him for 7 year we were both fans of Pokemon and LEGO love you guys cannot wait for more
Careful careful, careful. Sit there. You make her do all the work and complain
Women are just as capable!
And he tells her throw your Back into it. Wow
Very good China and the value is great
Grandma Ventures will be very excited!
