The trinket tables in the Players Handbook, and various adventures and campaign settings could add to the Bag Man's hoard of trinkets. I like to make those minor magic items occasionally.
How about the silver ring dragon skull has Jen’s for eyes and those gems are dragon shards of a gem dragon and those gems can telepathically talk to the where of the ring

The dragon skull ring is actually a phylactery of a dragon. It's spirit is still inside, next dead corpse you touch is filled with the dragons life.
