This is so hard to process and sad but also upsetting. Raul was transfer there to finish his sentence and was to go home to his Mom and sisters this July. My heart aches because this is someone whom I have known for many years. He was a
Good young man who turned his life around and was finishing his sentence. No one deserves to take another human beings life. The officers took to F**ken long to attend Raul and that’s why he is gone. NO PARENT SHOULD BURIED THEIR CHILD. I know few would say if he was good person why is he in jail. Well when we are and stupid we get caught in things and have to pay the price for that, and he did his time and was about to go home. The officers should be more cautious but some choose to turn the other way like wtf. My deepest condolences to his mom. This is becoming a norm and this prison allows this shit to continue to happen. I hope his mom sues the shit out of them.

How about blame the people that 187d him and not the officers. You do realize it takes one puncture wound to take someone out right, you know how fast that can happen right? You think cops are Superman and can respond in 1.5 seconds or what??
