...will you call other people makwerekwere? How will you feel to be called unwanted in Afrika. 20 years from now your children will be in rugs and wondering all over the show. You are very myopic to depend on white peoples economy. To the extent that you sing struggle songs while dropping a 5 ton rock on a Mozambican selling bananas while protecting your undocumented Asian and European bosses. Every dog has its day...

Same as most of other bloggers just like u, they keep going back to the ghana videos too! I know u will be going back, becos theres so much u were not able to cover...more regions! Great job, bro! My favourite is when the combination of the hot weather and your insatiable taste for hot spicy peppers gets u sweating and as red as beets! Hahaha!! The best time to be there is between early July-late September or early October, yes, that's when the weather is very nice, no sweating, less heat, and u can go ahead and eat all the spiciness u want! Akwaaba! I'm Ghanaian and even I, cannot do pepper like u do! Bravo!

Red Red never ever disappoints. Has to be pound for pound the undisputed heavyweight champ of all Ghanaian dishes. Coming in a close second is either Jollof Rice or fried yam with pepper and fish. GA Kenkey with pepper and fish is defintely winning battles against many dishes. If anyone says the three dishes mentioned above take the top spot. I won't argue😂😂😂

Haha the lady selling the kenkey (at the beginning of the video) said in the Ga language, that's not how she wanted you to film the kenkey LOL. But you really showcased Accra, Ghana well. Be mindful of using your left hand to greet people or taking/ giving something from someone, as it's deemed disrespectful, because the left hand is considered for 'toilet duties' only. Also, thumbs up can be deemed as a very rude insult, of course in the context you used your thumbs up to say 'cool' it wasn't insulting, but just be mindful of this next time. Hopefully your tour guides would have informed you. Overall love how you were so open to learning and embracing the Ghanaian culture. I just LOVE ❤my Ga 🇬🇭people. Much respect to you David. Thank you for sharing your experience in my homeland Ghana. God bless you.

I'm absolutely enjoying your videos from the U S Virgin Islands. You are amazing and made me laugh, eat, and feel like I was there all day. My dream is to visit Africa in 2024.

I wouldve gone broke going up oxford st. The custom converses, art prints, fabrics, bracelets, elephant trunk mask....bag it up! And the late night market...fresh smoked meats off plastic and newspaper in an atmosphere thats alive with live music...i gotta experience my homeland at least once. Thanks for this ❤

Having lived in Ghana for a couple years, I didn't grow to love some of the food, but some was great. I really enjoyed yoko gari (red red, definitely my favorite), waakye, jollof rice, and fufu with nkatenkwan (ground nut soup). I never ate at these kinds of fancy restaurants, so I got to eat the authentic street food versions of these foods. I ate mostly out of plastic bags (they'd wrap it up, you bite the corner off, then you eat it like Gogurt, squeezing it up from the bottom to the top, except for fufu, obviously lol).

First time seeing this guy's video. As an African, I'm inspired by his selflessness. Most Americans won't even eat the same thing they eat here in other countries.
