Hello David, I enjoy your trips and crazy adventures. I’m from Puerto Rico and we do love cod fish and breadfruit ( pana con bacalao) also different roots as tarot, green bananas and plantains with bacalao are so yummy and is one of the island of PR delicacies also. Must of the Caribbean we love all that good stuff. I live in Texas and washing you eating made me so hungry 🤤 😋 Blessings ♥️🙏🏼

Early in the series you went into a store and tried on hats. There was a comment you made that hit me as a slur about the Vietnam people. Rewind, listen 🎧 and learn.
If you listen back, somebody else was saying it, and I just repeated what they said out of shock. I agree that it is a slur. But respectfully, I wasn't nor would ever say that. It was shocking to hear the term used though which is why I repeated it as a question in disbelief. However, I have removed the scene. I agree with you 100%.

I DON'T eat anything wild. I barely eat meats. I'm NOT vegetarian but I prefer to eat plain vegetables. Eggplants, Bora, Bitter Melon, etc.

Hey, I saw your post I don't understand why you go to these countries and eat food but don't pay. These people make huge dishes for you, some only do it just to be polite. Most of these vendors and restaurants and not wealthy. PLEASE PAY YOUR WAY WHEN VISITING THESE - DEVELOPING COUNTRIES- YOU WON'T DO THAT IN EUROPE OR AMERICA.

Roasted coconut 🥥 is amazing. We make it into choka. Grinding it on the stone. Making it with salt, some pepper and garlic, it's delicious. Best eaten with Dhal, Rice and different vegetables, Bitter melon, etc.

Eileen Watt. Possums/opossums are not of the rodent family. They are marsupials found in Australia and South America and are related to the kangaroo. I don't eat that or any wild meat either.🇹🇹🇨🇦

I’m not a seafood lover and then when things don’t look too good while they’re alive I don’t want to eat them and that’s mostly everything specially seafood those crabs! yuck!. And I could never get in the water without any shoes on. I’d pass out from the fact that I was in there but to each their own. I’m not a fish person either. I would not like sawfish. I like fruits and vegetables and some meat mainly chicken and hamburger
Do they do anything with crab shells? Just curious, because I grew up on clams and mussels. We would clean them and crush them. Then use them in the garden to keep animals away because of the sharp edges. Also used as gravel in driveways. I used to be able to walk and run barefoot everywhere as a kid. Now at 52...the arches of my feet are tender...lol...nope...would be wearing water shoes.

Business people sometimes try to take extra money from you when you don't know and when you are not from the country. It has nothing to do with SKIN COLOR.

Love the callaloo! I found it hard to find local vegetarian food when hiking the Waitukubuli Trail last year. Luckily the abundance of fresh and wild fruits kept me superpowered:) And we found ourselves some home cooked local meals.
There are a few places in town that do vegan. Mostly "Ital" or rastafarian places. Pretty good food too. For your next time here :)

How do you go to a place and don’t care to learn how to pronounce the name of the country. How many times did they pronounce sorrel and you pronounced it wrong right after. You don’t even try. And when you try to take on the accent, it’s cringe. It gives off disrespectful energy.
