    I like how Dad subtly almost called her out on how big those pieces were at the end.😂 She made fewer cuts to be faster while all of his pieces were the correct size. I love his humility. I bet he's a good Dad.

    You can see the difference in their techniques. The dad mostly uses finger movements while the daughter uses wrist movement. Their level of fine motor precision is simply amazing!

      Dad also feeds the sticks in extremely steadily, like a machine. It's why he can get the pieces small and uniform, while the daughter's feed speeds up and slows down and she ends up with all sizes

    You can see the mastery in dad’s technique by watching how little his hand moves compared to hers. He wastes no energy in moving the blade only as much as he needs to, and his muscle memory in his hand must be phenomenal as well. A true craftsman at work
